It's all coming together. That'll be a dream once it's all finished, nowhere for the electrical gremlins to hide! Make sure you do your tank before you put the glass back in. Much easier that way! I've been out for an epic adventure in my 3000M today and the alternator light glowed all day as the harness is so shot.... it'll be in the garage soon for a chair refresh and new harness and I shall use your videos for inspiration 😀
Thanks Pete. This rewire job isn't for the faint of heart. I am current bumping up against a problem. Although the wiring diagram from the website has a hazard indicator the harness that was delivered doesn’t have one. The seller of the harness says that style of flasher isn’t available any longer. He said he would give it some thought.
@DEMOGarage I don't suppose it is. Plus I hate electrics, I go by the rule that so long as the smoke stays inside the wires you're all good, as soon as it starts escaping, that's when your problems start! Interesting how you've gone with laying the harness in place to make it rather than replicating the old one on the bench then put it in the car.

I changed the routing a lot and the fuse panel is in a different location.
