The shots that featured very different art work was from the Mugiwara Theatre extras. The one that you point out directly was Mugiwara Theatre - Jingi-nai Time a funny one episode bit where Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji are mafia dons. This makes the third time in these comments I have shown a like a life outside of anime. (actually it's good memory, relly, I promise it is.......:P)

Those weren't episodes they were specials called Jinginai Time and Obahan Time.... You should watch them, they're funny! : D
K, I'm a huge fan of One piece, seen all the episodes and I avidly wait for each new one every week. I dont recognize some of these shots though, mainly the ones where their heads are overly large and kind of rounded. I assume it's from one of the movies, but does anyone know. For reference, I mean points where they are wearing sunglasses, and smoking, etc.

@TheNiloc96 This isn't part of the MAIN story of One Piece but they make random things sometimes and that character is suppose to represent Nico Robin in that random episode I have never seen to be honest.
