My daughter is a USRN came here in the US with b2 visa, has an approved i140 july 16/22 on prem processing thru eb3 & still here in the US, i was thinking that quickly after i140 approval employer will file i485 concurrent with i765 +i131 directly to the USCIS but to my dismay they havent filed yet bcos they said they're waiting for uscis to forward the case to the NVC, which to me is Wrong, wonderin here why it should go to the nvc when the benificiary is in the US. & that she doesn't need a visa. We check her uscis acct yesterday & the update was "on visa processing" why is this? This will only cause the delays. Q: IS the Employer's lawyer is doing right route.? Instead of filling i485 +i765+i131 to Uscis they forwarded the case to NVC?⁶ Daughter is anxious already to get her EAD so she can get her ssn & drivers lic. Shes board, stuck in the house doing nothing. PLS i need your input.
