When i shoot the basketball my feet are in different directions even when I get my feet going the same direction when I load my hips that go right back to going in different directions
What are some alternatives for the chair drill if I’m not able to get a chair on the court? I have a chair at home but I wouldn’t be able to work on the fluidity and putting it in the net obviously, pointers?

Hey! So I’m going into eighth grade and last year I got cut from the team. Basically, I asked the coach what I could improve on and he said confidence both with and without the ball. So, my question is... how can I develop on court confidence both when I do and don’t have the ball. I would appreciate anyone taking time out of their day to help me, thanks!
What’s helps me the most is just thinking less while playing and not caring to much about anything especially what the coach will think or how many points your going to score but play for the love of the game all you gotta do is have fun man

What if you're 5'6 can i use this jumpshot. I think the weight of the ball would affect it.
I release ball too early. When my knees are bent the ball is already over my head. It going to be hard to break muscle memory
