U.P Town Center is a shopping center in in Quezon City operated by the Ayala Malls Group and was opened on September 30, 2013. It is marketed as the first and only university town center targeting universities along Katipunan Avenue such as University of the Philippines, Ateneo de Manila and Miriam College.
This 7.4 hectare development includes a wide variety of retail and dining options as well as 4 cinemas, 2 Storey H&M, 2 Level Timezone Arcade, Merkado Supermarket and a new Landers Superstore.
