So I have put together a list of the "First 5 Tricks You Should Learn On Skis" to get you started on the right path to becoming an amazing park skier 💙☄️ This video will help you learn "How to get better at park skiing" and explain "Why you shouldn't be scared of the terrain park" 😄

Been skiing hard 3 seasons strong with this being my third season with ikon pass, I've hit double blacks and expert terrain before but just started getting into park skiing, I really appreciate this video I'm gonna be up at copper for the weekend and I'll try some of this stuff out there, thank you!

Great advice. I started in the park 20 years ago and did exactly what you're advising. Rails weren't as big then as they are now, but getting on one feature and trying over and over again until you've got it dialed in is the way.

i needed to learn differently, i can do fronties and 720s but i suck at rails and doing opposite spins. I wish i listened to ur advice sooner

I’m a pretty good skier I can hit groomers and glades and trees like nothing I’m trying to get into park I can 360 and 180 only one way should I try to start over and just get the basics down first like focus on getting boxes nice

this pre got me messed up man im hearing a pounding sound throughout the whole video but prolly just me. also i can do rails but I have trouble coming off forwards and i also cant do 360s. pretty new to park skiing tho
Shit eh sorry a bout that man!! Coming of rails to forward means you need to grip your heal side edge when on the rail, look at the end off it!

Just practice man!!! I used to do 2 switch laps every morning
@@BruceOldham I was wondering if doing a full day of switch on the bunny hill is a good idea ? Keep in mind though I ride k2 84 tis , so they aren’t twin tips but I want to get really good switch so I can eventually graduate to the park
