Why doesn't Lumine just do this? Is she stupid?

I'm not saying I would abandon all of Teyvat for some primogems, but I would ABSOLUTELY abandon all of Teyvat for some primogems.
I did more practice with layering and doing clever tricks to make my added elements look better and even got some rotoscoping practice (Still needs work). Let me know what I can improve or what I should do next!
