I was contemplating replacing our old Trane recip chillers with a completely different water cooled technology. Until this video, I hadn’t quite understood what was meant by “more maintenance required” for water cooled compared to an air cooled chiller. My old broken recip chillers had a cooling water tower, but it was the type that sprayed water on the hot condenser pipes. We’re putting in an air cooled 140ton unit (with scrolls). The water comes clean from the bottom tubes ,it means no sludge .l've done the same job on wooden mega boiler by hand metal brush cos the auto one is broken,It was a misery with ,heat and ash.Good job

Hey great video! How do you retract the tube back with that gun? Do you just press the same trigger and it does it automatically?

The trigger has two positions press it up for one direction and then down for reverse direction.
