I think the same. I don't know why people don't prioritise health especially the "parents". My parents also don't allow me to exercise they always say this ki phele padh le fir kuch bhi karliyo. Lekin i have started running daily at 5:00 am.It feels amazing.I have started bodyweight exercises too and i am going good. I do a bit of resistance training also. Exercising doubles the focus we have while studying. Aur subah subah bhaagna its pleasurable.Saare so rhe hote hai and theres me who is whacked till they wake up. Feels amazing😎

I find going to the gym everyday and consistency that way much easier than being consistent in studying even though studying comes easy to me to some portion. But JEE ka syllabus talent nahi, consistency ka khel hai. Isliye ab tak manage nahi hota tha. The rewarding system feels like a very effective way to get things done and get fit. Thanks bhaiya. 🙏
for a lazy person like me who can't even drag my feet out of my house homeworkout works best and you don't actually need to have any equipments you only have to atleast try to do pushups pull ups squats bench press and some chair push kind of things for being into good shape I not telling about building body but it is great for as stress relivent pill of the day
There is nothing like workout for girls or boys it's the same for everyone. Yes, you can add some specific exercises as per your goal, like what you want to achieve strength, muscle mass,flexibility and mobility or just basic fitness

Guys let me share my opnion. When you are mentally happy , the glow automatically appears on your physical fitness also sometimes even without going gym just like you can see a before nd after transformation of a man after getting success in his particular goal.I mean just think once when you are managing your studies along with your studies with consistency thats goodwe appreciate your efforts man but that applies only when you are financially stable or you have your own source of income apart from what you are currently doing full time like neet preparation.That is because you need protein to build muscles nd how u are gonna buy those stuff nd how will u be sble t maintain a healthy balanced diet at home if you belong to a middle class family and sometimes we cant or we dont want to take money for our own stuff from parents just because it seems illegal as we are not successful yet we have not achieved something yet.Now the conclusion is just focus on financial stability first man! Thats the brutal reality. Once you have your own source of income uske baad kro apne paiso pe khudke shauk pure ❤ And for this man , i dont have words. He is Chad. You need to understand he loves gym some people might start loving it like some loves playing cricket for 1 2 hr and its completely normal in any competitive exams but the problem is if gym is not healing u or u are not enjoying it do harm in ur studies cuz there is already so much burden of studies and u won't afford any external stress.

When you are mentally happy , the glow automatically appears on your physical fitness also sometimes even without going gym just like you can see a before nd after transformation of a man after getting success in his particular goal.I mean just think once when you are managing your studies along with your studies with consistency thats goodwe appreciate your efforts man but that applies only when you are financially stable or you have your own source of income apart from what you are currently doing full time like neet preparation.That is because you need protein to build muscles nd how u are gonna buy those stuff nd how will u be sble t maintain a healthy balanced diet at home if you belong to a middle class family and sometimes we cant or we dont want to take money for our own stuff from parents just because it seems illegal as we are not successful yet we have not achieved something yet.Now the conclusion is just focus on financial stability first man! Thats the brutal reality.
