I think you miss a very popular bakery cafe in the US called Lady M. It’s my favorite cafe when I was in Los Angeles. They serve very nice cakes. They are Tokyo base branch in New York and Los Angeles. There are several outlets in Singapore just opened one in Ion Orchard. The owner is a Japanese.
