currencyworld I've got a 1864 indain head penny. I found it in a catus bed bank in 1973. I've still got it. It's in very good condition. I put it in plastic all these years.
I just recently received more coins from father which were my grandfather had . I’ve only gone through a few rolls and the dates range from 1920s to1979. I’m very new at coin collecting and I have found errors on a bunch. I still have 20 rolls left. Any advice how to value some of these. I have a 1956 wheat with no mint mark but the 6 barely shows and penny is in vary good condition.

Recently, I happened to pick up a 1943-S Lincoln penny graded by both NGC & PGCS as MS63. What makes this coin special, the Lincoln penny was produced on a10c silver planchet.

Well in my opinion one of the Rarest Penny to get, is by far the 1922 no D penny. If you get lucky and get one you are well off. I have a 1922 weak D for now. Thanks for sharing!
I actually have one. I just found it the other day. And just today I learned that it was valuable
I have been collecting for 40 years. I started at age 10 with my grandmother. I kept a rolls of cents from each year. Excluding proof coins, I have one roll each of each mint starting in 1986. It's a really good idea for new collectors to start doing this, and after the years go by you can pick a rainy day and see what you've got. I also inherited my grandmother's coins. Multiple rolls of wheat cents and Indian cents. I did search those and was lucky to come up with a 1922 no mint mark Lincoln cent in very fine condition. I haven't had this slabbed ,yet but I plan on it. Happy Hunting!! Great content on this channel
I have coins in the 1805 and more and don't know what I can do with them
I have 22 1944 weet pennies but no nothing about them I also have all the 19 50s and all the 4os but 43
I LOVE COLLECTING COINS ❤
My son has a 1943 copper penny.
If your 1944s are copper they aren't worth much more than 1 penny. I have several also. You need a 44 steel penny or a 43 copper penny to make some good money!
@user-ib9kg2gv7f
I was collecting and watching cents. Then, I dropped the hobby like a hot rock, even though I came across a double strike reverse side cent. After watching your video, I've started to dive back into the hobby. Thanks so much for your info.
Is looking for and collecting old coins only a hobby?
Or are different ones looking for coins that will pay money? Ty
Me too
I was really digging the fact that you included some background and history on all these examples and we're told quite well. thumbs up partner
I have a silver penny 1943 Philadelphia

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and time.

Another very good video, I never took the time to look through all my old coins always wondering what to look for? Now I know a little more and will be looking through my old wheat pennies very carefully.

when i was a boy of 13yrs, I worked on a bakery delivery truck. I was counting my tips, and told the driver, hay look the 55 on the penny was doubled...yeah just throw it back in your box. this was about the winter of 1965.
I've been curious about my steel penny I received as change years ago. Very helpful information. Thank you.
My great grandfather collected penny’s in the 1950s-1980s I have rolls of weats and some look uncirculated , this video is gonna have me pulling them out and going through them all there are a few hundred easily at least thanks for motivation !
How about the year1989,1982, 1988,1978 so it has no value.

I had 6coin of 1999 with me that is true sir I would like to find out how I could prepare to show it to coin collectors in one day thank for giving us information very sincerely and God blessed and your family well being success
Thank you I will now look at the five jars of penny’s and the work room
took notes and I am going to go through my wheat penny collection this winter break to see if I have any winners :) I've been collecting them, on and off, for most of my life, so I have a few ;)
I have also just been throwing wheatleafs into my jewelry box for years. I was bored a couple weeks ago and decided to look through them with a jewelers loupe. Found a 1941 no mint with extra words going backwards slanted on Lincolns profile !! You cant even notice this without loupe. Get them pennies out! Get a loupe...good luck!
It was time for my break yesterday and I always pick up pennies there was a 1944 no mint laying in the walk way. And thank you for the education on your sight. I also under stood all of it.
Thanks for the video, very informative and will now pay more attention and hold my pennies. My son and i started collecting state and national parks quarters and its so cool to see these type of older coins.
It was nice to learn about the coins I have a few questions
1. Have ever seen a 1992 steel penny?
2. How rare is a 2008 Penny?
3. Is a 1943 steel San Francisco penny worth anything ??
1. No. They simply don't exist
2. Not rare at all. Hundreds of millions minted
3. Worth about a dime in circulated condition.
I have a 1992 D steel penny. They do exist.
Have a Very Nice 1905 Indian Head cent can’t wait to get it graded!!

Very interesting and informative. I have a ton of pennies as I just don't spend them. Your article has made me want to look thru them with my microscope. I did find one 1969D with an error on the 1. It is a gem state. Hasn't been appraised, though.
This is my favorite coin and currency channel by far. I hope you come back.
I really appreciate this video I have a 1944 wheat penny and was wondering what it was worth
GameStop: Yeah, so. That'll be -247 dollars and 20 cents.

The Flying Eagle (small) Cent described as an "1853" (#5, 09:41 of the video) was issued in 1856 (as shown in the images).
Pattern coins (trial strikes of proposed coinage designs) of cents had been made in variations of the Flying Eagle design in 1854 and 1855 as well, the design having its roots in the Christian Gobrecht Dollars that were minted from 1836 - 39 which are considered by many to be the most beautiful U.S. coin issued for circulation.
The 1856 FE Cent and 1864 Small Motto Two Cent are both truly pattern coins, but have long been included as part of the 'set' of the series they spawned. Pattern coins are a whole other fascinating world of United States coinage with many examples of astounding beauty, most struck in proof finishes and having been stored carefully over the years.

Very nice and interesting sharing! Always support and follow the channel ! thank you!
I thought it was about the material that makes the coins eg bronze, copper etc until i realised its about features. I have Elizabeth II Penny 2012 and 1987...one penny, 2&20 pence.
An interesting feature of some British coins is the 'privy mark'. Some issues will be worth far more with certain privy marks than without.

That's awesome! My grandparents also had a lot of coins they collected and every Christmas they would give each of us grandchildren a Big Beautiful U S Silver Dollar. When they pass away I was in the military overseas and my cousins took them all. I never heard anything about it. And my Father didn't do anything about it. I would have at least liked to see all of them. I only seen very large glass jars full of silver coins in my grandmothers bedroom but never got to open the jars and explorer. And I'd have to say, it was my grandparents who are the ones who got me interested in coins. Since I was just a toddler they always gave me a silver dollar at Christmas. The silver dollars were magical special things to me right from the start.
Nice vid. Interesting content. Video editing is on point!

Excellent info
I love your channel and I have to tell you about this 1982 Lincoln penni there I found 2 days ago but I need to know where too send you my photos
My dad collected coins in the mid 1950s and used to search bags of pennies from his local rural bank back then. Most valuable penny he found at that time was a 1914D. Not in great but decent condition, and found at a time when there were certainly more in circulation than would be found now. He actually filled his collection up to the early 60s with every standard Lincoln cent except for the 1909VDBS and the 1931S. All found by searching bags of pennies. Back then it was also not uncommon to come across a few of the later indian pennies which he found also. Ah, the good ol' days!
I found a penny on the ground as I was walking into work a few years ago. As I was giving change to someone, there was a weird looking penny in the penniesso I bought it with the penny I had found earlier. Turns out that the ‘new’ penny was an 1887 penny.
I have all of those coins and Indian coins, if you have sold your coins and got very good amount of money, can you please tell me the website address here? I have been searching for the coin buyer to sell from one and half years.
How to get a printout of the pennies.
