@@wazeehamahdiath4120 But he'll listen to it for the purpose of fixing it and never listening to it again not out of pure will and enjoyment so I think here lies an exception OF NECESSITY because maybe there's no other way of providing an alternative to achieve what appears to be the Halal version of it. As for his songs they are nice but by making covers of songs that we are already addicted to he is helping us get rid of that addiction on the other hand making just his songs will not yeild the same benefits for the struggling Ummah because they are less popular and not many are addicted to them but also they are are nasheeds from the start anyways and the reason we make such requests is because it's the 'music' specifically that we wanna git rid of.Although I am not a sheikha by any means so this is NOT a fatwa but more an invitation for all of us (the munshid) included to look into the matter more from credible scholars that follow Quran and Sunnah!!!
