When I was a kid I thought he had antlers too. I think it's supposed to be some kind of local Hawaiian hat..

This was a good video! I love the 2d Punchy so much, I think he's super hilarious. Speaking of mascots, do you think you could do a video on the history of Domino's Pizza's various mascots. There was The Noid, of course, but there were also a bunch of little-known mascots, such as Donny & Dottie Domino [there's a compilation of Donny's ads on RUclips, and he and Dottie also appeared in a few Japanese commercials, which are also on RUclips], Dr. Cravin, and Bad Andy [interestingly, Bad Andy's commercials didn't help Domino's at all. Their sales actually went down during the time Bad Andy was their mascot].

@@cgienthusiast So basically, Donny and Dottie were created sometime around the early 90s [likely because of the controversy surrounding The Noid]. Interesting, it seems they may have actually co-existed with Noid, as on Worthpoint, there's a Donny and Dottie poster set, with Noid making cameos, and also on Worthpoint, a 1994 Noid Poster with Donny appearing on Noid's punching bag. There's also an image with Donny, Dottie, and Noid with a "Donny and Friends" logo [not on Worthpoint]. As most of Donny's ads are lost [save for the compilation of ads here on YT], it's hard to really tell their history. Donny still exists as a walkaround mascot, and Domino's has a chatbot named Dottie [not sure if related to Dottie Domino, however]. Action Figure Guy and his nemesis Dr Cravin were used in the late 90s, but aren't nearly as memorable. Then, in the early 2000s, Bad Andy was created. Ironically, Domino's sales actually slumped somewhat during the Bad Andy era. Currently, there's no in-ad mascot, but Domino's locations have a human-like mascot costume called Danny, and of course the Donny walkaround still exists in some locations. Sad they dropped Dottie though, as she was Donny's girlfriend, and I feel like it's unfair to keep one but not the other.

I worked on a lot of these in the 1970s with Jan Svochak.
It did get up to 10% fruit juice. The hat is a Straw Hat.
