(FYI - they have it in video tape - I believe from the gas station ⛽️ - I don’t think they need Erika to testify) - Erika has a $40k hospital bill - he needs to at minimum pay for this! And then he gets out on bond and then punches her in the face!!

He is truly demented and his ignorance of the law and common sense are off the charts. The state elected not to prosecute what happened on November 20th, because according to Susan, the prosecutor, since Erika didn't have visible marks from the incident, they didn't want to cause any confusion, so they opted to drop that from the list of charges. So in Darrell's disease ridden mind he automatically thinks that means the incident never happened.. Him yelling at the Judge and saying that proves he is ignorant of any common sense, he doesn't listen or know how to comprehend words or phrases... He takes everything and edits it, adjusts it, alters it, to make the narrative fit into his little box, to align with him being the victim, and everyone else the liar and the true criminals. We all know poor little Darrell was the victim of spam in the welfare line and cereal with bugs in the box.. Poor Poor Poor Poor Darrell... Lets all just give him a pass because he is truly the victim and he isn't doing anything wrong, and we should just nullify the charges against him...
He had the letter that said the charge from November 20th was dropped. No where in that letter did it say it was dropped because it didn’t happen. He is just a horrible horrible person and it’s astonishing how much he lies.
