I love this question, and I am willing to go deeper into it if you'd like. For now I'll try to keep it brief. The idea is that your brain is different. The glass shatter for Stone Cold. The gong for the Undertaker. The flames exploding for Kane. All of these sudden sounds lead to the arrival of someone they like to do something they came to see. It is the anticipation leading to the outcome they have been wanting for. And! Every time it happens, the memory of the last time makes the feelings of how AWESOME it was come flooding back.
