- Hello everyone! It's been a while.
I made a new vlog to tour you around our apartment. I will be giving you some tips before you move and some information about the rates. I also included where we got some of our things and appliances like tables, sofa, curtains, etc for our flat.
Oh! Please note that this video was taken last October so there's no snow on the video. But, I am planning to do more videos soon! So, see you and enjoy watching.

How about student apartments
Joensuun Elli
Joensuun Elli is a limited company that produces, maintains and rents out student housing in Joensuu. Our tenants are students at the University of Eastern Finland, Karelia University of Applied Sciences, or other post-comprehensive educational institutions in Joensuu.
Our housing units are situated in almost 40 locations around town, comprising a total of over 1800 flats. Half of our housing units are in the centre of town or its immediate vicinity. We house almost 4000 students and family members. We offer housing that is safe, reasonably priced and suitable for the student's life situation, and we offer it for the whole duration of the studies.

You could find the information from the Student Housing Companies websites and the websites listing apartments for rental or leasing.

I strongly suggest using websites which exist for such information. Municipalities usually have some information and pointers to student housing websites, foundations and companies.
Educational institutions tend to have similar information.
Then these student housing organisations have their more detailed websites and for their customer service activities.
With some googling you should find them.
