Some are relatively young, most tend to be idealistic and dedicated to justice. They’re also in the process of making their bones, and building a rep. @@DoggerMcD lawyers usually have to do some pro bono work annually and I think continued education. Doing a few public defender cases yearly meets requirements they need to practice anyway.
