It's called identity, positioning and fast playing movement of the ball. Freaking love it. He is working them hard. But he is going to quickly see how some players are not running fast and good enough. Amorim is awesome like that. He really gets you going and if you don't fit in he will not hesitate to switch with someone who will.
I noticed in sporting Lisbon,he believes in his players..both the junior team. He has 2 back ups in each position and they are academy players and he trust them

I like this kind of coach who explains the game himself, practices himself, explains everything to the players so they understand, not just standing there and giving orders.
Ten Hag was a proper coach too. Amorim has a different personality and is much younger too he has also played in midfield so he can literally join in on training that becomes more and more difficult over time especially with these players who will are notorious for turning on managers who try to get them running.
Amorim looks the real deal. Like that he is taking command of the training. Vocal and giving pointers to individuals. If you slack he might drop you off. Love the authority with a friendly smile.
Watching this is like night and day compared to the training under ETH, a coach that actually has a plan, a system and that is clear and precise with what he wants his players to do.
Tbf, Ten Hag wasn’t a coach in the way Amorim is. Fergie wasn’t a coach either nor mourinho but I think it’s much more effective being coached by the boss because the instructions aren’t going through a middle man, it makes it more personable and you also know exactly what the instructions are.

Kobbie getting proper coaching, Amad balling out in the 10. We finally have a proper coach guys. Look at what he is instilling in the team. Positioning, intensity and being organised as a team to get the ball back when we lose it. He is timing them on different phases, we look we will be well drilled in a few games never mind 3 seasons like Erik Ten Hag was saying. i like that he's taking active role in early sessions rather than handing out responsibility to his team. He'll be able to put his stamp on what he expects and what he demands early on, and then his staff can reinforce those standards
