As a Sporting fan let me tell you, you are so lucky. Be patient, he is great but success still takes time, I'm gutted to see him leave my club but I will always follow him now, can't wait to see him transform this club too. And remember, his and his assistants English is at its worst now, it will only get better.
The main difference you will see its not the formation, big names coming, match domination. He is just starting, what he wants is Heart, the biggest difference right from the start is going to be the group dying in the pitch for eachother. The dramaqueens will get out and the names will come later and knowing Amorim for 5 years I bet he as his eyes on a bunch of Man. United youth already.

Kobbie getting proper coaching, Amad balling out in the 10. We finally have a proper coach guys. Look at what he is instilling in the team. Positioning, intensity and being organised as a team to get the ball back when we lose it. He is timing them on different phases, we look we will be well drilled in a few games never mind 3 seasons like Erik Ten Hag was saying. Still pains me how Ten Hag catfished us into thinking we were getting a man that knows what he's doing. Anyway upwards and onwards with Ruben the Red!

NGL … this coach looks like he’s gonna transform this team into a machine. Like, his ora, work ethic, able to communicate how a coach/manager should to his players etc I’ve got a funny feeling he’s gonna be Peps kryptonite. I can see us winning the league next season or the one after NGL 💯🔥🔥 Come on United …..

i like that he's taking active role in early sessions rather than handing out responsibility to his team. He'll be able to put his stamp on what he expects and what he demands early on, and then his staff can reinforce those standards
