I think we should get gonalez because yes he is slow but that A+ potential and size he is going to get only better and save lots of money for bigger things and would basically end the rebound problems
Why not both? Mayes and Gonzales? Mayes could be gotten at 4, and Gonzales around 7? That Utah pick should be saved as much as possible. Shame Ellis might not be gotten, but playmaking/distribution is what Mago and McKnight need, and a PG that drives hard will help set up their outside shot, which they are Aces at. I'm not sure we can get #7 without giving up the Jazz pick, and I'm definitely not giving up the Jazz pick for anyone outside of Ellis and Morris, that pick could be #1 next year. But it would be nice to get two top picks for sure. Needed better lottery luck to make it possible. Bring the Blizzard!
