@victor they can be very noisy, but it depends on the bird. My boyfriend has one and all she does is squak and yell. But I know of others that are fairly quiet.
@hikmet Ocal they can talk quite well. I have one at my house that just turned 1, and she already has a huge vocabulary and sings like a pro. She mimics us all the time and says "que rico." Just wait and see if your bird will start talking because you will not be disappointed.

I've had an orange wing named Cody for about 10 years now. He still doesn't really talk so it's interesting to hear what they sound like.
