I'll tell you that from my selfish point of view, your move is a benefit to me. I have already benefited from it because I became interested in Korean art and monuments. I know a little about Japanese culture because I became interested in it as a child, and it is more recognizable. But I associated Korean culture more with music and dramas - a country of beautiful people. It turns out that I don't know much, because the aesthetics of this palace are simply fascinating. These color combinations and details. Something beautiful, almost spiritual 😊

15:16 noodles is our household favorite, peppery white broth as opposed to the usual red spicy broth. I think it's nongshim sarigomtang. There are plenty korean marts in the PH

My heart always goes to KOREA
In August 2023, I took a tour of the palace right after watching the changing of the guard ceremony. Despite the heat advisory 🥵🥵, I had a good time❤❤.

Could you give your chicken porriage recipe? What were the meats and cuts. What kind of rice. How long to cook rice. Did you get rid of garlic cloves and ginger and just use the broth?? It really looked good and wanted to try it. I just didn’t see the chunks of garlic or ginger in the rice if it was still there at the end. Was that sesame oil to flavor at the end?

I used thigh meat but you can use any cut you prefer. The rice is sticky rice and I cooked it until I got the consistency I wanted ( think it took about 20 mins) I got rid of the ginger but crushed the garlic into the porridge with the spoon at the end. I just used the normal sesame oil :). Hope you enjoy!

Gyeongbokgung Palace is very pretty and apparently quiet in certain places. And indeed, a real spot for photos. really nice.

I really enjoyed the Place where we can read manga. I myself am a fan of manga and at the moment I'm reading a series called: "Sounds of life" and which talks about the Japanese musical instrument, the koto. And it's also a very beautiful story about friendship and mutual aid. I also read another manga called: "The Apothecary's Notebooks". Very nice too and there, we are transported to an era of Edo style at the imperial palace. Do you know these two mangas?
I really appreciated the concept of rain report croissant. Nice on rainy days, that has its charm. And the croissant with all the colors attracted my leatheriness. Is it good ?
