Whos abusing of bugs? Lets see [Scanor 9dragons]

There are a bug wich let u kill ppl just hitting their residual image and Montana were crying blackside is abusing and he is not doing anything but all this started cuz of his band members were using it to give minor or max pen to my league members i asked about this to gm and they said its not banneable just stop hitting him.. and montana and others guys in Forums were crying about it and saying we abuse, after the advertise of the GM Ninearts in forums we stopped doing it but now as u all can see Montana dont care and he keep doing it..Hope GMs can do something about this cuz they said will take actions
