This is a prime example as to why they need to revisit cases that involve Marijuana. It's legalized in many states now. Multi-billion dollar industry and we have people doing 20 years for the same thing they are doing now. Free as a bird.

Her second daughter is a spitting image of Dayana
Her kids remind me so much of my self. My dad was always in prison and my mom was found guilty of murdering my baby sister. So I always grew up seeing them in prison. It’s not an easy lifestyle at all. The people that ended raising me just treated me like a slave and abused me. I’m 19 now and I got away from all that. I plan on breaking generational curses.

I have been unemployed and still looking for a job and I just needed a couple of dollars for food. And I didn’t want to but I asked my mom for $5 and she said no because I think she is a “baby killer” I just need help and a blessing😭😭🖤

When I look at this it makes me thankful to be alive and have my kids with me...It was the same things the vacations, fancy cars, large life style ... my ex husband and I would go to Mexico for vacations drop 5 k at tattoo shops, and instantly attract a certain crowd and we'd find ourselves partying with guys that looked like my husband ( tattooed from head to toe) and at the time I didn't realize the dangers of it, to me it was just a normal thing ...
I am Canadian and in no way does it compare to this, but I'm so thankful that Im alive, sober and my kids are here with me.
I think more stuff like this needs to be aired because it's a really real thing !

I hated going to see my mom in prison. Literally not being able to wear a bra and certain types of clothes…getting searched as a child. Driving 3 hrs just to get denied because you showed up a couple minutes late for the visitor’s acceptance. Man.

Wow I’m sorry you went through this. My dad was in prison on drug charges and i used to get sad seeing other girls with their dads. Now he’s out and we are still trying to repair our relationship.
Dyana is everything... Making sure she leaves a "EMPIRE~ LEGACY " for her children that's what a mother does .. It broke my heart when they went to Cali to see her ex~ children father...The tears from knowing they can't see him like that.... Over all Dyana is a "PHENOMENAL WOMAN ~ MOTHER~ FRIEND~ DAUGHTER"

I liked this show. Dayana was the realest. She wasn't the issue in any of the situations. She seemed like a good mother. I also liked Nicole & Kat. Stephanie was the main problem which Kat didn't see.

22 years is so ridiculous for drug crimes. The system has got to change. Those poor kids. And the couple themselves. The little boy will be a 22 year old man by the time his father gets out. This an entire life all them are missing. Non violent and drug crimes need to be handled differently. Its just so wrong. The prison/jail system is so disturbing and wrong
I 100% agree with the way Stephanie feels about the whole situation with Dayana but she definitely started the drama. She could've waited until she left or after the event to mention anything. It wasn't really her place to say anything because the only one who should've/could've said anything about it was Marie. And if she loved Marie so much she should've supported her decision whether she agreed with it or not. I mean I would've been pissed if one of my friends ruined a special event that I spent money and time on even if they had a good reason for doing so.
For me, I clearly saw Dayana felt bad and thats why she went to try and make it up to her. You can tell she was already anxious. People not allowed to change. At the end though, Marie is grown, if she really didn't feel comfortable with Dayana being there than she should've pulled her aside and told her herself instead of having Stephanie to fight her battles. That's between Marie and Dayana not Stephanie. It wasn't Stephanie's place to say anything and it is not her wedding. Not to mention the way Stephanie reacted was over the top and childish. That's just my opinion though.

She clearly wanted dayana there if she was willing to forgive her and again like I said Stephanie should've respected that whether she agreed with it or not. Her behavior was out of line.

She’s got her ways but she’s a mom and I respect her for what she went through and how she did her time honestly without hesitation the girls father said you know what this is on me ma and I want to put you guys first so that I know you will always be safe and loved. Takes a lot of heart and gut to do that much time away from your family and swallow your pride and know you did it for them. Hurts me so much to see that they went through that though, much love mami and respect to you and the family you built and established yourself em with. Keep on pushing because you are a one of the most stronger women I’ve seen on these reality shows.
I totally understand when you go away for awhile it's the hardest thing when you have children. I didn't think about my children only because if I did it would drive me crazy. I knew my mom had them, I knew that she would never let anything bad happen to them. I would have been a felon if I didn't turn myself in, but my mother talked me out of it. She promised she would keep them safe. Our safety was the most important thing to me but I couldn't do that to them meaning become a felon. So I did my time n promised my children I would never go back or do illegal things anymore.
To this day I been legit and haven't done any illegal work. And got myself self two jobs plus a car for myself and my children. Been making money the right way. Hell yeah!
