    In star connection line current is equal to phase current , and motor is first connnected in star hence i think option I1=I2. ( if winding of dol motor is in star)
    And I2=I1/√3 ( if winding of dol motor is in delta).

    Brother at the time of starting rotor is at stand still then how the induced voltage or back emf is zero during starting?

      Its the induced emf at stator winding due to rotor mmf. Just think about the rotor current & mmf at the time of starting.

    Koi bataye ki timer me 24 sec set hai ,, to 24 sec tak star me current constant current 2,3 times rehta hai.. ya 15, 16 sec bad wah FLC me aa jata hai..
