Incredible lighting and foley work! The shot list is super effective and efficient with each composition feeling very planned out and purposeful! Great use of location too! Keep it up Josiah this is epic
if i am being honest with you, i originally clicked on this video by accident, but as soon as i saw the description, i knew that i should give it a try, and let me tell you. I usually dont leave comments on any video i watch, but i felt that i really needed to on this one, that was absolutely amazing, you did an amazing job and i hope that you continue to improve on anything that is possible, and that you keep putting out short films like this one. Although it isnt perfect, it is easy to tell that a lot of work, sweat, and love was put into this, and it is awesome, keep up the amazing work and Good luck with whatever is to come! this was one of if not my favorite short film i have watched in the past 5 years!
I was convinced the poor guy was going to be eaten alive by a beast! Everything was heading towards a bad end, haha. The dialogue at the beginning was a bit difficult for me to understand, the sound was slightly fuzzy (and I can't hear well). Subtitles would have helped me. But most of the film worked without dialogue anyway and built up the tension really well. How does it go from here? Why is the cleaner scrubbing the floor in the dark? And what is he scrubbing away? Does he only transform into a friendly old man when there is light to deceive his next prey? I'm so glad I'm not a night shift security guard. 😉 Thanks for the great video! 👏
