Evans was always in shape. There have been so many interviews talking about his diet regiment and training, along with Hemsworth, and how exhausting it is to him to keep on that muscle mass. I think you're all missing some pretty serious context just to tell yourselves it isn't achievable, so you feel better.
Rave7wist I'm not making any accusations about people I have no evidence on. I believe some of them are natural, but this scene just popped into my head and thought it was funny.
Rave7wist but Evans and Hemsworth were in pretty good shape before they started Marvel Movies. They were decently lean but just put on some crazy lean muscle mass for those movies
From a girl with a makeup channel, I'd like to add that it's amazing what body contouring and makeup can do also lol highly likely in Hollywood on camera and no steroids needed 👌🏼

Completely accurate. Thanks for getting the word out. Without steroid, HGH etc...there is no way you can transform your body that much in a few months (or even years).
Actually Tom Hardy laughed and said that's exactly how he got so large to play Bane. He was like, "I ate clean, exercised...haha -- no, it's just steroids." Lmao
my thoughts exactly every few months... why am I even doing this if I'm not where I want to be yet?? answer: I'm slowly seeing results. 👍 this always gets me back on the horse
Dude, I hired Jordan Yuam 5 years ago as my personal trailer. He trailed Taylor Lautner for Twilight and a bunch of other celebs. I’m not a celeb. I’m a nobody. I was not in great shape. I had been going to the gym on my own For 3 years and not seeing super results. The 6 weeks I spent with Jordan saw waaaaayyyy more change than on my own for 3 years. Jordan’s whole thing is working out smarter not harder. He told me in the first day that I’m never going to sweat, I’ll never be sore and it will feel like I’m not getting a workout at first but to keep following his plan and within 2 weeks I will see a difference. It worked. It was amazing. I had to stop working with him because of my kids but I am still constantly looking for a way to start up with him again... and I have 3 friends who live down in Santa Monica and Englewood who went to CrossFit BMF and stuffy with Duff. Huge transformation in a very short time, very similar to my experiences with Jordan. Jordan and Duff do not use, administer or advice the use of any sort of drug or steroid while working with them. The results I saw and the results my friends saw were all natural. And after seeing what Jordan did with me in 6 weeks and what Duff did with my friends in 3 months, I know without a doubt their workout systems work and are real and do not rely on steroids.
I've have literally been saying this for years. I once was arguing with some dude on a Tom Hardy "transformation" video, and his argument was, "Because he's older, it's easier for him to put on muscle-weight." Come on, of course these guys are on performance enhancing something. It's their job, they have the money to eat right, have personal trainers, take whatever. And YES, that why they look like that. And your right, I also think that's why people give up on themselves because they don't get those results. Nothing against actors, but they also don't have to wake up at 4 or 5 in the morning, go to their shitty jobs, take care of their kids, take them to school, go to events, pick them up, buy groceries, etc., everything that we as everyday people have to do. Thanks for putting out this video. It's important!! I'm subscribing!!!
if Jackman was lifting all those 14 years, that's totally realistic gains. That being said, everyone progresses at different rates and many actors probably do use the juice to get juicy
I subbed you for your honesty. I've been lifting natural for 26 years. I got addicted later in life, and almost destroyed my body, until I watched a documentary on Netflix about actual steroid use in the fitness and model industry. I've noticed my whole life I am well above average strength and can out work a lot of people of all ages in my line of work, but when I tell people I lift religiously they always doubt me. It took years to see gains in size. I was 170 at 6 ft. Now I am 200. Most of those gains have come in the last 10 years. The smarter and more experienced you get, the bigger you get. Time and progression are the keys. Not the 30 day Thor workout.
“I had intense coaching” = “I had an awesome dealer” Look at Chris Hemsworth now he’s natural selling his training programme, he looks half the size he did in Thor so clearly his programme is about losing as many gains as possible.
sean rehse I hate that excuse, just because you have a job and a family doesn't mean you can't maintain/build a great. It's an excuse for the weak. Workouts can literally be full body three times a week, an hour to two hours long. So you're telling me that in 7 days, all of which have 24 hours, you can't find three...
Im 51... started lifting weights 2 years ago. Yes it is possible to gain serious mass if you are consistent as an older guy. I love how I look and feel now and cant wait to see me at 53. Ha. Keep on keepin on brotha. Awesome videos.
This exact thing kills me when I am talking to my non gym going and aware friends. They all think The Rock is natty and I have even had some say they never knew that Arnold was on anything ever! Mind blowing.
I believe The Rock is natty. He was an elite college athlete, & was always big & a little pudgy. He's been lifting weights for a LONG time. He's gotten really lean lately & he looks bigger, even though he's actually lost a lot of weight. Some people just have elite genetics man
To the dude saying rock is natty he’s admitted on the Howard stern show of using roids he even had his gyno removed, when he’d wear the shirt to hide the scars. Jebus effin Christmas with the rock is Natty talk.
i needed to hear this right now man got myself to a flat bench of 225x7 last week, which is a PR for me and best since march 2016 (when I got rear ended at a stoplight and separated my a.c. joint). rows all time high as well (3 plates!), and my leg days are going great though I have to take care with my back. luckily my legs seem to respond well to moderate weight but higher volume, working sets at 270-360 on leg press for 15+ reps per set. I had a back injury that put me in pain care from 20-26, nearly killed me with tons of pills. finally had back surgery in 2013 (thanks Obama) and lost 120lbs since 2014, rehabbed my body and changed my life and I still feel like it ain't happening for me and I can't be what I want in fitness sometimes, start wondering what's holding me back all mental I reckon. this was a good vid to see for me. going to keep walking the path, keep showing my kids what you can do drug free if your will is strong. keep making encouraging vids now and then, man, and thanks for all the quality content.
It's the worst kept secret in Hollywood, apart from maybe the 2 gay Scientologist actors, that they're all on GH at a minimum. My old bosses Son, was one of the main characters in Smallville. He had the same trainer as Daniel Craig in the Bond movies & they were both juiced up on GH, on the advice of their trainer.
One thing I'd note about the hollywood transformations is that it's often more than just one bloke setting up a plan, but an entire team of highly skilled trainers, physics and medical experts who follow their every move throughout these programs to ensure optimal growth. Even without the assumption of drug use, we can't really compare your average, dedicated gym bro to the hollywood actors.
I started like 3 months ago with my athlete journey. Honestly alot of ppl told me yo dude u gonna stop in the first month. But I didnt when I see results I keep going even if it's small results and I'm proud of myself. Thanks Omar.
Don't forget to mention cgi and practical effects such as lighting, makeup, and prosthetics that enhance the appearance of muscles. Many time actors are oiled or use a light tanning lotion (which you can see used in kpop too) to slim and define curves
@@beatsbyelvis6890 It's not bad for reducing fat and maintenance of muscle though, it's much easier building strength and endurance while losing fat, it'll be easier gaining muscle once your fat has reduced
I just found this video... some folks need to start like me 58 years old, 60 pounds over weight, and now 30-lbs overweight. No gym membership. I just use a 20-lb weight and calisthenics. I lost 3-inches around the naval, and put 1-inch on my arms.. it's being consistent that is hard..
fair points but u gotta remember that in the year or whatever that they are doing these transformations, they have a personal trainer watching their every move 24/7 plus it's their job so they are giving it a lot more time out of their day than regular peeps... also in the movies there is cgi and they are at max pump during shoots...
Hassan Alloush Yeah, I know the fellow who airbrushed abs on 300. Using Gerard Butler's image from 300 is more than misleading if they're going to talk about formance enhancing drugs considering that was predominantly Makeup
I 100% agree with your choices of who's natural, who's not and basically everything you said in the video. Except that you think we haven't come leaps and bounds in Diet and nutrition in 40-50 years. That was actually a little silly to me in general. Being someone who's pushing 40 and has watched the progression of food and supplements and information change over those years. Also when you listen to Arnold talk about the giant leaps in those very things from when he was a bodybuilder will give you just as good of an idea.
Beautiful honesty and fitness literacy. There are a lot of videos like this but most of them are on the same performance enhancers or not as honest and down to earth communicable. Just started watching love the videos I have seen. Thanks for the don't care about feelings fitness talk. More ppl need to learn about fitness and they will also see in between the bullshit. What's possible and what's not. I am also around 182 natty. Trying to max at 200lbs natty, it's a long process but making it look good is my main goal not Just putting on weight
Mate: I went from 110kg to 82 kg between 13 Dec 2016 and 27 Jan 2017 I currently have a parameter between 82.60 - 85.00 kg. I intend to change my eating habits soon once I have a decent job as a scientist. I achieved this through something that I PRACTISED MOST OF MY ADULT LIFE apart from a 12 month period between 06 Dc 2015 - 13 Dec 2016. This practise is what is often termed as: "intermittent fasting" whereby I do not eat for the first 8 waking hours of the day! I started doing a little bit of exercise in January until now. I look well like some of your before and after photos only it is all natural NOT performance enhancing drugs.
I actually think that a lot of this just comes down to on point nutrition, lighting and image sophistication (this aint just some daft bro standing in the gym taking snaps) and having several elite fitness mentors to guide them every step of the way. Sure some are enhanced but Omar is just jelly
Then girls look at the Hemsworth brother playing Thor and they look at my natural, medium 19 year old build and say "why don't you have massive arms and a 26 inch waist?"
I know I might be a bit late, but do you guys think its possible that its not necessarily that its done with steroids (although I'm sure a few of them are) but is just more movie trickery? I don't mean CGI, as I am someone who uses CGI on a dailee and I understand it very well. But I mean that firstly, these guys have the best trainers and nutritionists assigned to them, meaning that they don't have to do too much themselves apart from the actual doing. When someone else makes your programs, and plans and makes your meals, for sure its easier than a person with school or a job doing that themselves right? Secondly, these transformations are not done over night, usually actors cite working on their bodies for 6 or 8 months BEFORE they shoot. Thirdly, when they do shoot, they don't look that amazing all throughout the few months that they are working. Usually they have a few scenes, meaning a few days that are assigned to "shirtless" scenes, resulting in them working their ass off primarily for those days. Its almost like a bodybuilding competition in which they work specifically for those few days when they have to be looking amazing. And on those days when they do shoot the shirtless scenes, they don't look like that on a daily. Hugh Jackman went on a water fast before he shot the shirtless scenes in the Wolverine (or whatever that process is called where you deplete all your water storage). Fourthly, they are specifically lit to show off as much definition as possible. It might be a small factor at that, but something that still makes a difference. Fifthly (?), sometimes...its just faked a bit. In 300, there is a very specific shot, where (SPOILERS for a story that happened in 480 BC - all the Spartans died YO) Michael Fassbenders is lying down to Leonidas, both dying. If you look at Michael Fassbender's midsection, you can see that his abs have been clearly airbrushed on. Sure he was still in great shape, but I'm sure they went over that definition to make him look even better. Sixthly (I don't know if I'm numbering these correctly, all my school essays capped off at thirdly), a lot of them aren't that big, they're just really, really lean. I'm beginning to sound like kinobody, but still that guy has a point, a lot of times, its more of the fine definition that makes these guys look that incredible. Most of them are still in pretty good shape on a year round basis, as they are actors and thats part of their job description, so, all under the careful management of professional trainers, they bulk up for a few months (remember that this is their job for the entire training period - no having to go to work or read five chapters of your history textbook for tomorrow), and they cut down all the way until they shoot their shirtless scenes, and then just work on maintaining that until they finish shooting. Even Henry Cavill said that after he filmed Man of Steel he had lost about 10 to 20 lbs of muscle!! Point is, its not necessarily that these guys are on steroids, but more than the public tends to underestimate how much time and resources they and the billion dollar studios that hired them devoted to this, and are also a bit ignorant to the way movies are made. Gerard Butler would literally do curls or pushups before a take to get a pump so he'd look better in front of the camera. And again, these guys don't look like that year around. It's just good ol fashioned movie magic!! Cheers my dudes!!
Look, nothing you said was necessarily wrong. However you are missing a few key points. Firstly, you have to realise that there is a lot of money on the line, *a lot*. I mean just image a studio contacting you to play a role in their next blockbuster movie, and telling you how you need to get jacked in 6-8 months. There's a lot of room for error there, even on roids... Nobody is going to be willing to risk fucking up a +200 milloon dollar movie. So if you're not gonna take roids to minimize the risk, they'll find someone who will... Secondly (guess i'm going with the numbering thing as well), yes lighting, and makeup, and just things such as angles and getting a pump and dehydrating yourself play a big part. But there's only so much you can do... I mean half of the fitness industry uses photoshop and filters, angles and lighting, and pumps and whatever else they can think of. Yet they don't end up looking like that (atleast not the ones that are natural...). In conclusion i'd say that there is a pretty decent amount of holywood physiques that are achievable naturally. How ever there's a very very small percentage that actually are...ĺ
I’m no expert and I’m not saying they don’t use steroids, but just to add some info: Tim Ferris has replicated the Colorado experiment four times under supervision (once from Princeton University) and gained from 20 to 34 lbs. of fat free “muscle” in 28 Days (No Steroids). However, he relied heavily on supplements. Among which there was a lot of creatine, which does lots of good but mostly it shifts water into muscle cells, creating the illusion of building muscle mass. And I guess No Fap helps too…
True about the comparison. We're all different, that's why creating adapted programs is a coach's job. That being said, some actors you quoted may have used drugs, but your "2009/2010" on Chris Hemsworth ringed a bell... I looked around a bit and it seems there are 4 years separating the two pictures. Not one. Also, I speak from personal experience, I managed to go from 59kg for 1m73 (basically a shrimp) to 72 kilos in less than a year, without even using supplements. And about Hugh Jackman, there were 14 years between the two movies. You said it yourself. 14 years of hard, continuous and meticulous work outs can lead to this physique. He's payed for working out and looking jacked on screen! Of course you can achieve a physique like that in 14 years, but you need a lot of money, the best trainer you can get, and you have to work out every day. Some competitors even workout twice or three times a day. So yeah.
If I remember correctly Hugh Jackman has said in an interview that he didn't really workout before X-men 2000. So pretty big reason to why he got such a good physique for last movies is because he had worked out for years by that time
Wow, finally a real dude who doesn't use roids to get views , subscribes or sell supplements..... Am i the only person that is noticing a ton of women using pdes now? Especially anavar
A lot of the body types in the thumbnail is ACHIEVABLE... it hasn't been hard for me to go on and off on those exact types, My dad used to force me to work out though a lot because of his boxing career I guess he wanted me to be one to but I do believe 100 percent the genetics play a huge role, NOW THE SUPER HEROES are a WHOLE NOTHER MONSTER, that is probably what you are saying as of course you mentioned and you right but taylor lautner and the rest in the thumbnail C'mon Definitely achievable! And beyond in the case of taylor lautner who i never considered even close to impossible.
Some stars have "alluded" to using PED's. Tom Hardy was asked by a reporter if he used "anything extra" to get in the shape he had as Bane in the Batman movie. Hardy very sarcastically said, "yeah, Skittles". Good video Omar and spot on. I would also add that some of these stars workout for months prior to filming even beginning and the studios hire the folks that know not only the best workouts but the best Rx (PED's) for them as well to achieve the desired appearance. Then, the studio also hires nutritional folks who prepare the food etc.....
Its also because there are things like make up which not only applies to the face but the whole body also, they can make your muscles look bigger, aplying shadows and stuff like that, camera angles and different lenses, lighting is very very inportant and yeah post production (people usually call it photoshop). So everything put together can make you look like that. There are maybe people who are taking drugs but all the above can do very very much.
If I had enough money to have a personal trainer and a chef that told me what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat, and supplements, maybe steroids and a gym in my house, I would be a monster too!
you dont need a trainer do tell you what do eat. spend some time studying nutrition and the human body (pretty easy these days, even with youtube alone you can learn soooo much) and you will be able to archive a lot by yourself. and supplements are not needed, real food is ALWAYS the way to go.
Huge Ackman on that TRT dose. He pretty much looks jacked, man, year-round. He leans out for the movies and gets a good pump plus has a large frame with broad shoulders. His body is certainly attainable natty (I've heard 6'2" and ~185 lbs for the most shredded physique in The Wolverine and Days of Future Past, at what, around 9%?), but it's hard to believe a guy approaching 50 is improving his physique for each film and maintaining that level of muscularity.
I have seen so many "no body" type of guys using or used steroids and HGH, sports enhancing drugs are prevalent globally! Especially in wealthier countriea. Similar situation for women go for plastic surgeries.
Ure channel is one of the few no BS channel ... and ur product is the best .... better product at the best ever PRICE ... ur help is appreciated from INDIA ... #StayNaturalAlways
When I exercise harder I do gain strength and speed within a month sometimes even weeks but I don't look any different. Mainly I just lose weight but idk how these guys look like that so fast
I started working out seriously last year. I’ve gained muscle lost a lot of fat but I see in my opinion you can’t develop like the “Hollywood 6 month transformation.” I’m super happy with my development. But it takes time.
I believe Chris Hemsworth’s transformation and physique is obtainable naturally. But I’m willing to bet that at least a few of the superheroes we love are on something just purely for making maintenance easier. Staying that big and lean for so long seems beyond difficult for any natural lifter, and to stay sane while doing it seems even more difficult. I could very well be wrong though. I’m new to bodybuilding and still learning a lot lol
Hugh Jackman is definately within natural limits. You have to consider that when he shoot the wolverine-scenes he both have a pump and also perfect lighting. Someone like for example Jeff Cavaliere is also in his 40's and has a higher ffmi than Jackman.
Bruh you cant compare Jeff to any human being... This guy has dedicated his life to fitness and the amount of knowledge this man carries is outstanding... If you watch videos of Hugh train he judt does some standard lifts and he does them to fast and without proper form..
I don't know how I bumped into this video but... Thanks! Just saw Infinity War and was thinking "I'm in my ealry 30s, I can still get the body of those guys" and you helped me set myself proper goals and expectations in 6 minutes. Cheers from Mexico, thanks!
Another thing to consider on this topic is that normal people try to achieve their best physique while having a normal life, but actors job is actually to get jacked. They have a whole bunch of people supporting them, and they have way more time in the day to work on their bodys
Chris Evans and Hemsworth were definitely on something for Cap1 and Thor1, nowadays they're much leaner, even though they still play the role. Hugh Jackman is natural, in my opinion, his apex was in The Wolverine and Days of Future Past, those were when he was 42, he wasn't nearly as huge in Logan.
I believe Hugh Jackman is natural. The scene in The Wolverine where he is shredded was with absolute perfect conditions between the lighting, water cut, and end of a perfectly executed cut.
I get your point but inhancement drugs are not illegal if prescribed by a Dr. And more specifically they are only illegal for those who play and compete in professional sports.
I take issue with the idea that we haven't really learned that much in 50 years. Every exercise physiology text book I've seen doesn't refer to anything substantial prior to WWII. It wasn't even a field of study. Almost everything we know about training and exercise physiology is from the last 50 years. Someone who starts training today at the same age Steve Reeves was when he started training is going to have way more potential because of that knowledge.

Nahhh bru, it's all natural....

He's literally right. The way most people use the word in the context of strength building though is not the same.
Well everything is from the earth
Robert Downey Jr. Even said it to captain America himself in the first Avengers movie. "Everything special about you came out of a bottle" 🔥🔥

I thought that the word "transformation " was synonymous with steroid use
A lot of these actors with massive transformations have ZERO training background as well.
But they have the best trainers money can buy taking them through each step of the process. So there is no guess work

30 pounds of muscle in 14 years is unrealistic?
At that age, being that shredded and being that big still... I mean the guy works out like a mad man, but im 95% sure he is on something.
Diuretics not steroids. Stuff that killed Andres Munzer not steriods
Good Diet, and if you know how to train. Most people don't diet right or know how to add muscle.
@@marce4241 At his age he could be on doctor prescribed TRT and depending on where and the laws, HGH too. Anti-aging, prescribed for quality of life.
Marc Engelhard he is not big at all , just shredded
Sure if he was young and his natural test and hormones were high. But when you’re 40 years old? I don’t think so.!
@@allanl717 true, it gets really hard gaining some serious muscle mass at that age
Omar when you jumping on the train. Team Unnaturals is calling. ONE OF US. ONE OF US.
Hugh Jackman had many years between first xmen and logan to train as well
I subbed you for your honesty.
“I had intense coaching”
=
“I had an awesome dealer”
Look at Chris Hemsworth now he’s natural selling his training programme, he looks half the size he did in Thor so clearly his programme is about losing as many gains as possible.
why i like this guy
hes honest and spontaneous

These kinds of transformation trigger me so much.
Oh but you just gotta eat 6000 cal worth of chicken breasts and train hard. Sure bro...

Im 51... started lifting weights 2 years ago.
Some people just have elite genetics man
Well, there are people who believe that some dude walked over water and turned water into wine so you sure can believe that he's natty.
D Weez The Rock has obviously been juicing since high school.
Same some people at work think the biggest dudes are natty including the rock.
To the dude saying rock is natty he’s admitted on the Howard stern show of using roids he even had his gyno removed, when he’d wear the shirt to hide the scars. Jebus effin Christmas with the rock is Natty talk.
i needed to hear this right now man
got myself to a flat bench of 225x7 last week, which is a PR for me and best since march 2016 (when I got rear ended at a stoplight and separated my a.c. joint). rows all time high as well (3 plates!), and my leg days are going great though I have to take care with my back. luckily my legs seem to respond well to moderate weight but higher volume, working sets at 270-360 on leg press for 15+ reps per set.
I had a back injury that put me in pain care from 20-26, nearly killed me with tons of pills. finally had back surgery in 2013 (thanks Obama) and lost 120lbs since 2014, rehabbed my body and changed my life
and I still feel like it ain't happening for me and I can't be what I want in fitness sometimes, start wondering what's holding me back
all mental I reckon. this was a good vid to see for me. going to keep walking the path, keep showing my kids what you can do drug free if your will is strong.
keep making encouraging vids now and then, man, and thanks for all the quality content.

Truth is they are going to have a dad bod after the filming and stuff are done.
One thing I'd note about the hollywood transformations is that it's often more than just one bloke setting up a plan, but an entire team of highly skilled trainers, physics and medical experts who follow their every move throughout these programs to ensure optimal growth.
Even without the assumption of drug use, we can't really compare your average, dedicated gym bro to the hollywood actors.
what about the rock. he's gotta be a true hardworking natural.
For the size he is.
He ain't natty.
I think the only true natties are guys like Hugh Jackman and Chris Evans, can't think of anyone else.
Lol
MasterWhimp bruh hugh jackman aint natty
The Rock has admitted using in the past....not admitting it for the present though
He definitely isn't. But I still respect him because he's more disciplined than 99.3% of the natties out there
I started like 3 months ago with my athlete journey. Honestly alot of ppl told me yo dude u gonna stop in the first month. But I didnt when I see results I keep going even if it's small results and I'm proud of myself. Thanks Omar.
"I'm not going to name any names.............but that Hugh Jackman!"
Don't forget to mention cgi and practical effects such as lighting, makeup, and prosthetics that enhance the appearance of muscles. Many time actors are oiled or use a light tanning lotion (which you can see used in kpop too) to slim and define curves
Hugh Jackman dehydrated himself before every bare chested shoot to make himself look more ripped according to an interview. But who knows...
also was on gear for that mid 40s muscle fullness
I hear he also does intermittent fasting. I don't body build but IF did help me regulate my diabetes. Im a believer.
Poet Guide IF is so bad for muscle growth because your muscles need all that energy from the food you eat to grow.
thats so stupid to do geeeez
@@beatsbyelvis6890 It's not bad for reducing fat and maintenance of muscle though, it's much easier building strength and endurance while losing fat, it'll be easier gaining muscle once your fat has reduced
I just found this video... some folks need to start like me 58 years old, 60 pounds over weight, and now 30-lbs overweight. No gym membership. I just use a 20-lb weight and calisthenics. I lost 3-inches around the naval, and put 1-inch on my arms.. it's being consistent that is hard..
you know that hugh jackman in xman 1 he was just starting to train and at nearly at the same time still shooting some movies like Oklahoma!
fair points but u gotta remember that in the year or whatever that they are doing these transformations, they have a personal trainer watching their every move 24/7 plus it's their job so they are giving it a lot more time out of their day than regular peeps... also in the movies there is cgi and they are at max pump during shoots...
Surprised you didn't mention makeup
Or lights effects, or photoshop or pumps before filming.
Hassan Alloush
Yeah, I know the fellow who airbrushed abs on 300. Using Gerard Butler's image from 300 is more than misleading if they're going to talk about formance enhancing drugs considering that was predominantly Makeup
CGI
I 100% agree with your choices of who's natural, who's not and basically everything you said in the video. Except that you think we haven't come leaps and bounds in Diet and nutrition in 40-50 years. That was actually a little silly to me in general. Being someone who's pushing 40 and has watched the progression of food and supplements and information change over those years. Also when you listen to Arnold talk about the giant leaps in those very things from when he was a bodybuilder will give you just as good of an idea.
Stallone did admit to HGH and test usage.(after caught in Australia with it)
Micky Rouke also admitted to using steroids for time to time.

"11,563 likes is too many, 5,003 likes is more realistic."
>Gets 37,000 likes.
Which girls are doing that because that sounds completely stupid and made up tbh
JaeSound Beatz I think it’s a joke.
SneakyNinja yeah and my point is that no girls are saying or thinking that
JaeSound Beatz Idk some might actually think the actor for Thor is natural.
Ain't the girls u want then
I was thinking recently that actors like Paul Rudd are setting a good example as to what is realistic. Thanks for the video.
How ever there's a very very small percentage that actually are...ĺ
.
agreed
I’m no expert and I’m not saying they don’t use steroids, but just to add some info: Tim Ferris has replicated the Colorado experiment four times under supervision (once from Princeton University) and gained from 20 to 34 lbs. of fat free “muscle” in 28 Days (No Steroids). However, he relied heavily on supplements. Among which there was a lot of creatine, which does lots of good but mostly it shifts water into muscle cells, creating the illusion of building muscle mass.
And I guess No Fap helps too…
Lets ask kinobody because he's a "Hollywood fitness expert" he hasn't trained any Hollywood actors but he's still an expert....
He trained the dude from the arrow show
Does he really though?
RoJangles No he did not train Stephen Amell
God bless you Omar. Team natty forever 💪🏻
And beyond in the case of taylor lautner who i never considered even close to impossible.
omg Omar is from abstergo !he's a templar!

Simple hard work will never be popular. People are always looking for some new fancy methods. "There is nothing new in the iron game"
If I had enough money to have a personal trainer and a chef that told me what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat, and supplements, maybe steroids and a gym in my house, I would be a monster too!
nice excuses
you dont need a trainer do tell you what do eat. spend some time studying nutrition and the human body (pretty easy these days, even with youtube alone you can learn soooo much) and you will be able to archive a lot by yourself. and supplements are not needed, real food is ALWAYS the way to go.
50% is also genetics, most guys who use steroids never had the genetics to support a muscular frame
cheat.
Thank you! 😆
No you wouldn't

The best. Underrated channel.
There’s no way Josh Brolin wasn’t on performance enhancing drugs he gained over 1000kg of pure muscle when playing thanos
Someone being honest about the industry? Unheard of! Absurd! This was refreshing and encouraging :)
"Now I'm not gonna accuse anyone directly, but Hugh Jackman..." Great video though lol
Your cold openings are getting funnier by the video. This one got me pretty good lmao. Good shit, He Who Leads The No-Calves.
If you watch videos of Hugh train he judt does some standard lifts and he does them to fast and without proper form..
jeff has been training for like 25 years, you can't really compare that to hollywood transformations
I don't know how I bumped into this video but... Thanks! Just saw Infinity War and was thinking "I'm in my ealry 30s, I can still get the body of those guys" and you helped me set myself proper goals and expectations in 6 minutes. Cheers from Mexico, thanks!
How is your fitness going ?
4:55 Stallone skipped alot of leg days
Another thing to consider on this topic is that normal people try to achieve their best physique while having a normal life, but actors job is actually to get jacked. They have a whole bunch of people supporting them, and they have way more time in the day to work on their bodys
It's like what Jason Blaha says, If you gain more than 1lb per decade you are not Natty. Non negotiable.

I actually am laughing so hard rn that's literally great
Chris Evans and Hemsworth were definitely on something for Cap1 and Thor1, nowadays they're much leaner, even though they still play the role.
Hugh Jackman is natural, in my opinion, his apex was in The Wolverine and Days of Future Past, those were when he was 42, he wasn't nearly as huge in Logan.
I believe Hugh Jackman is natural. The scene in The Wolverine where he is shredded was with absolute perfect conditions between the lighting, water cut, and end of a perfectly executed cut.
not to mention when the muscles are exposed per scene, they're constantly tensed to enhance the toning.
grow up
Ed Service yes steroids
Do you still leave milk and cookies for Santa at Christmas?
He said the scene in question was shot at the end of a dehydration cut
I get your point but inhancement drugs are not illegal if prescribed by a Dr. And more specifically they are only illegal for those who play and compete in professional sports.
The secret is all in the calves
Neck matters more than calves tho
What a beautiful chalk drawing - whoever drew that is very talented
they take tons of DNP and HGH....they can afford pharma grade HGH in large quantities
Is that a Roast for Greg from Kinobody lol
Don't forget that they use make up and lighting to enhance looking ripped and in a lot of cases they will digitally enhance muscles like in 300.
You know what else is setting you up for failure?
The mindset that anyone who is more ripped than you are has to be on drugs
kiffe22 yeah because in your case everyone would be on drugs
Literally the only people who ever say this are people who don't train or have only just started, it's almost painful how naive people are
Taking steroids is actually not in fact illegal. It's only illegal to sell it or to use it if you're competing in a sport.
Bro can you do it for wwe superstars or pro wrestlers in general, a video could be grear
To be fair, Jackman said he didn't workout for the 1st X-men movie because he was cast too close to shooting the movie.
