Craig was so on point in that first interview. He nailed every opportunity for a double entendre and she was blushing the whole time. The wombat line is legend.

She changed a LOT.
It's amazing how much she changed after the first interview.
She thought it was going to be something similar to ever other late night show. After that, she watched it from time to time over the next three years, realized it's just Craig flirting with attractive woman, and she decided, I want to be one of those woman, hence the change.
She appears wasted on the 2nd interview and even more so on the 3rd.

This is part of the reason Craig was such a great host, his fast and witty delivery is unrivaled and unexpected behind his goofy persona. No other host can match that level of comedy.
I miss him on the late night scene! Wish he was still on.
But some of his jokes are so gay. His slip shows....

@@lighto2240 yeah Conan really is amazingly witty, but i find that he always censors himself more than craig does. It's a tiny but significant difference... his show is more bound by society's boundaries than craig's show.

It's legitimately crazy how they moved on from an entertainer who can do so much with so little to James Corden, who relied more on goofy segments and games, instead of being able to just sit there and chat with a person about nothing, and make it hilarious.
She dances, she surfs, enjoys tomfoolery, and she's willing to try...stuff.
She's a keeper, no doubt.

I remember the first interview was the very first interview I saw of Craig in itself and I thought he was rude and obnoxious considering she tried to chat about stuff and he ignored her, years later I realise this was his style but you can tell in the first interview she did try to come with some topics and totally got sidelined as Craig did what Craig always does. Whereas in the second and third interviews she doesn't bother with topics cos she's learnt there's no need with him.
I love how comfortable he made her feel that by the 2nd interview she was going all in with the fun vibe. Masterclass Craig is!
I thought in the first one he kept talking over the top of her and not even listening to any of her answers. After that she learned and adapted, so in the second one she played him like a guitar. I love Abbie, I think she is quick on her feet, charming, highly talented and awesome.
Honestly, he was a little bit of a dick in the first one. And she was a little bit of a dick in the second one. Maybe she was getting revenge on him.
