I have this case. It’s great but not perfect. It has a significant design flaw on the strap that goes around the bottom bracket...the yellow buckle gets wedged under the crank arm which causes it to open and the strap to come undone. I have to use a Velcro strap as a safety measure to make sure the bike doesn’t come off the bottom bracket holder.....Topeak really need to address this.
Aside from that, its excellent. The handle bar holder pads are really innovative, as is the way you secure the saddle.

if you didn't have to disassemble seatpost and handlebar, it would be even great. Unfortunately, bikes with integrated cables like the newest Giant Propel won't fit in this case as you can't disassemble the handlebar, cables would be too short/tight.

there is an issue with the integrated cables bike. It's not good or even possible to disassemble the handlebar for Propel, Tcr etc so the solution would be a soft case where you don't have to take the seat post and handlebar off (Scicon, Elite etc do some).
