Hi Pervin, thank you for your comment. I presume your comment refers to episode 31. I do mention in the video that the total baking time is 34 minutes. If you watch the video again kindly refer to the banner that appears when I put the custard in the oven. To answer your question after the first 22 minutes you lower the heat and leave it in the oven for a further 12 minutes. This gives you a total baking time of 34 minutes. I hope this helps. You did not mention as to how long custard is to be baked. You sd pre heat oven at 200 n then 160 but for how many minspl.
