I was a college instructor for many years and I felt so bad for my students struggling to stay awake in my 8 AM classes. I want you to know that getting 10 to 15 minutes of sunshine everyday between 12PM and 2PM can really help with getting a good nights sleep, because you have a tiny gland in your brain called the pineal gland that secretes melatonin based on the amount of light enters your eye, plus you synthesize vitamin D when you get an appropriate amount of sun on your skin, which also helps to regulate hormones which can help you feel less anxious. I imagine you are getting close to finals, which doesn't help the sleep situation, but know that you can do it!
