@@gamer6550 Can I ask you about the guitar? I don't want to be annoying. I'm seriously considering buying this guitar. What's holding me back is, I'm used to guitars that activate both humbuckers, and this one uses only one at a time. Do you notice a lot of tonal difference with these pickup combinations? Does it sound thin?
@@juanvelazquez2423 Hi Juan. Don't worry about being annoying I'm glad to answer any questions if I can. If you live in the Chicago area you're more then welcome to try mine out, in fact I'm selling mine because I don't need 3 guitars anymore and I prefer the sound of my Yamaha Pacifica 012DLX witch I just bought and I also did a RUclips review on if you want to check it out. (Great budget guitar) I also wish I could just play just the Humbuckers but it is what it is. You can really the difference in the tones from bright to muddy with the pickup switch. My one complaint is that when you switch from position 2 to 1 or 3 to 4 you get a huge volume increase with the Humbucker witch is okay if you play lead and got a solo coming up but not okay if you play rhythm. May I suggest checking out the Ibanez GRX20Z it has dual Humbuckers (no single coil) with a 5 way pickup switch and it's cheaper www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/GRX20ZBKN--ibanez-gio-series-grx20z-black-night Good Luck in whatever you choose.
@@gamer6550 Thanks for suggesting the other model. I'll be sure to check it out. By the way, I used to live in Chicago, in 905 West Fletcher. Thanks again for the info and the review.
Never heard of a kerf joint and they 'res nothing on RUclips about Kerf joints, are you sure you didn't mean a Scarf joint. I think all guitars use a scarf joint for the headstock but I may be wrong. Making an all one piece neck and headstock would be verry expensive
Nicely done brother, thanks for the demo!
And thank you for watching my friend. Stay safe
