    That was a great workout! I'm not wheelchair bound, but I have a knee injury, and was looking for a good sitting workout. However when searching for seated workouts I found many of them very lax as they are designed for the elderly, or are simply too easygoing. That's when it occurred to me that I had seen many fit people despite their disability and thought I'd look into it.
    I was not disappointed.

    I admire u brother. I suffered a bad car accident 2.5 years ago and damaged my c4-7 spinal cord I also damaged my main artery in right side of neck.
    I was an athlete before this so if there’s one thing I know is to never give up and push through no matter the circumstances and that’s what I see you’re doing. Idk where u are now in life but I hope u haven’t given up.

    Really enjoyed this. I have an inheditatary neurological condition and this is only the second time I have come across this programme

    I must do this twice a week, so thank you! If you're open to feedback, it would be great to end with a warm down and stretching session, even if it's a link to another video. I do my own stretching, but would be awesome to follow along with guidance. Cheers Ben ✌

    I'm really enjoying these 30min wheelchair dumbell workouts, 1, 2, 3. It's hard work but you feel better at the end.

      Hannah-i've been following this page for almost a year and have to honestly say-Ben is an ANIMAL! he encourages you to go that extra mile but doesn't push you more than you can go, nor does he push you to do things that he, himself, won't do!

    I just sat in a chair to help my buddy that is in a wheelchair.... My shoulders are burnt .. he's doing fine😂😂
