Great innovation, from all these wonderful recycling ideas…you can build very cheap affordable housing and sort of the homeless crisis we see around the world 🌍
in eastern europe they ,make prefab homes with polystyrene concrete, but it is like 24-30' think and has double rebar mesh inside, they use it for walls and floors as wells as roof
It's probably just cement + polystyrene balls + one secret ingredient (something which slows down the cement bonding, or something which make the balls stick more), the real question is how to mix it without trapping air in the mixture, also how did they make it so dense, meaning that there is just an extremely fine layer of cement are on those balls.
@@hernadibotond I seen in other video that they cover the EPS with latex paint as a bonding agent to the cement, this blocks are probably made in molds under pressure to minimize the amount of air

This would be perfect for building a houseboat...

Could you post a link of this construction.
18 inch thick walls are the answer.
Amazing. It won't do in a hurricane though. But must have millions of uses.
Can the Stycrete walls stop a tank projectile? a friend wants to know.
no
Awesome! What’s the ratio of concrete to syro? I wonder how much stronger would be with rebar and fiberglass cloth and resin outer coating.

What is the Formula of Mixture the Ratio of Sand or lime or other materials with Sterofoam.pl.send
Why would the crete mix be any different? just add the styrofoam.

1 Cement + 0.5 sand + 4 styrofoam + water + bonding material latex (sbr). The whole mixture should be compressed in high pressure in mold.
