Practically it's very difficult to agree on payment terms which Safeguards only one party .
No doubt trust and reputation Play an important role for example you get 100% payment and you didn't ship the right amount or right quality.....
Some countries like EU payment is always subject to EU passage , Canada is payment subject to CFIA passage ..USA payment subject to USFDA passage ....etc
