I'm from the Philippines and we practiced Kali (we called it Arnis) throughout high school and college and it's interesting to see it incorporated in this kind of fighting style! Pretty neat :)

you can actually fight w the disney ones. not aggressively but if you hit your lightsaber with another one, it will flash and make a noise like the movies. be aware though it will leave scratches on the plastic sometimes, depending. (if you smack the lightsaber on your hand hard enough, you can see the flash too if you do not want scratches) But its really fun to battle with them. you spent like $250 bucks on them. have fun with them too! each crystal is $15. btw.
I've built a lightsaber at Savi's down where I'm from in Orlando. My first one was a Peace and Justice though it looks different than yours Justine. I'm going back this weekend to rebuild a Protection and Defense, but that Power and Control looks awesome!
Idk if you saw it, but you can also get a holocron that has different things that it tells you for each crystal... there are several crystals actually. Different kinds of red one’s especially. Like the Vader 8-ball one is hard to find, and the black crystal is the hardest to get... but each one has several sayings that plays on the holocron cube.
