To anyone who needs to know, that is not a bad design because the lever might break one day. It’s a bad design because it kinks the hose right under the nozzle area, and the hose will consistently break time after time. I have heard their customer service is not the easiest to get a replacement. So just make sure you store the hose differently. Do not use that attachment lever
Thanks for taking the time to review I just ordered!
Thank you for the review - I just bought one - it arrives on Wednesday - I really need this for my stairs.
Would you recommend it for cleaning car seat upholstery? How fast does it dries?
Yes it works well on cars, it's best to spray the solution directly onto the stain from a seperate sprayer and then use hot water in the machine
Nice review, we've just won one on Instagram and the instructions only have pictures. So it was useful to see it working.
Cheers
Robin
Congrats ! Just don’t store the hose the way they designed. Kinks the hose under the nozzle and it will eventually break. Customer service is difficult to deal with for replacements
@@julianneroe6436 thanks for the tip. 😁
the manual is free on their site
I love mine but have had it fail already within three years. Anyone that has one it appears that left over residue from the cleaner solution has clogged up in internal hoses but also caused bad corrosion to the motor that pumps the water out. I would say try running it with just water after your done and hopefully that will help remove any residue inside. Lots of diy vids one how to fix but for $150ish I'll just buy another.
If it got clogged up you must have some serious dirt in there.... But did you do maintenance?
I just used mine, bought it today, worked great on the carpet near the door. The water was black. After cleaning the machine. I put hot water only in the fill and rain the the machine with the sprayer depressed to hopefully remove any left over cleaning solution. If your sprayer stopped working, you can still use a spray bottle to treat the area with a diluted cleaning solution and use the machine as an extractor. I wish these were a little less expensive so when they go getting another one would be easier. I wish they were around $100 instead of $159.
You absolutely cannot let dirty water sit in the machine time and time again, it will ruin it. You MUST run clear water through the suction hose and machine when you are finished using the machine.
thanks for the thorough review
Showing the stairs after you were done, would have been nice.
Awesome video
How was the water jet. Is it a strong power spray. Like the commercial one.
How many days before the carpet dry up? Are there anymore attachments.
How is the suction on this machine? a lot of machines I noticed don't seem to be to powerful.
great review thanks for speeding up the unpacking
Thanks. Yeah, some people like to see unboxing (I don't always get that - LOL). I thought I'd speed it up as much as possible to cover it but quickly get to the point of the video.
LOL I watch Judge Judy once in a while she refuses to listen to useless information...Hal David stated "say things in as few words as possible" songs on the radio get 3 1/2 minutes......many songs are edited to fit the time allowed
Thanks for the review. Looking to purchase one. JimE
nice nice
Thank you little lord
what’s the difference between this and the 3624C model?
Would this work just as steam cleaner ?
Yo quiero uno donde lo compro
what's the size in oz of included trial deep formula?
how is it holding up? Any problems with the hose? I had read that it was a weak point of the machine (the hose supposedly has a tendency to tear).
Thanks
Only when you store the hose the way he did. Don’t clip it where it’s supposed to go. Just wrap around and let hang. Supposed to suck up clean water afterwards to flush hose and elevate hose overnight to drain
@@briandraper7630 great. Thanks
I think the best way to clean is to spray the product on the bad area brush it and then extract it cause if you spray the product and extract it rite away i think the product is not doing its job
I want my Bissell little green to die so i can have an excuse to buy one of these lol
I would just add that it doesn't produce steam. The water is only as hot as you supply and there is no mechanism to keep it hot.
That's a great mention, compared to the Little Green (monster) Bissell that they make.
Soy de Perú
Wouldn’t store the hose like that. Don’t clip it just let hang loose
Comic relief if it wasn't real life serious. What is this guy really doing with this Bissell???
Your'e not using it right. Spray the solution from the machine, then let it sit for 2 or 3 minutes, then drag the cleaning head SLOWLY over the area you wish to clean. Your'e not allowing the cleaning solution enough time to work, and your'e going far too fast.
That was a poor demo. I'm sorry to tell you that.
David C he doesn’t know how to use it. The brush is supposed to make contact with the floor while spraying water and creating friction on the carpet with the brush. Maybe didn’t read the directions. And he’s using the upholstery brush on carpet.
@@careygaynes2294 But, um, the directions called for holding the brush above the surface to spray the cleaning solution with the spray trigger. Then to use the brush to scrub the area. Then everything else you described for thorough cleaning. Kinda like a pre-treatment. According to the User Guide.
You need to slowly bring the tool backwards, that way it has time to EXTRACT the water from the fibers.
Completely clueless.
@@careygaynes2294 I use the upholstery brush on carpet, because it has greater suction. The machine has a finite amount of suction, and that amount of suction spread over a smaller area, like the uphosltery brush, means more of the residual water is removed, and better cleaning is achieved.
英語全然わからんけど使い方わかった(๑´ㅂ`๑)Thank you !
