I saw your face on the bridge section after the second chorus. This is my favorite part of the song. It embodies the Shoegaze sound with Olie's voice belting out full of emotion and then the harmony with AURORA on the line "cause I'm insecure". I get goosebumps everytime I listen to it. It put's me in a place of angst and amazement at the same time.
Oh, I've been waiting for the opportunity to recommend AURORA (a Norwegian artist) for ages, and my chance has finally arrived! She is literally my favorite artist. She doesn't make pop music, which I know makes up the majority of what you react to, but she is the person who inspired Billie Eilish to start making music. Billie credits the song and video for AURORA's "Runaway" as being the moment she knew that she wanted to become a musician. Also, Aurora's new album is incredible. Her music is very experimental. She's also just an amazing human being. She might not be what your usual audience is used to, but she is one of the best vocalists/producers/composers/writers of our time. Aurora usually brings an entirely new audience to people who react to her. You also don't have to worry much about copyrights. Aurora doesn't really believe in them.
