Here's some free marketing advice: ● Being picky over costumers. (Beggars can't be choosers, so just treat everyone with equal respect) ● Lowering the cofee quality (Do not start mixing 1 bag of quality cofee with 2-3 cheapo from the discount shop. People are not stupid, and can taste the difference. ) ● Hire decent staff or get family or friends who are willing to dedicate time and effort to it. (Getting your sick wife, pregnant girlfriend, or careless cousins to work, is a recipe for disaster. Costumers just want a fast service and drink coffee. They don't want to wait 5 minutes looking at you having a conversation with your best friend who is curious about your personal life.) ● Be polite (You don't have to grinn all the time. But at least show some gratitude. You need costumers a lot more than we need you. ) You're welcome.
good advice. I myself also plan to start my own business - coffee shop. I already thought of a lot of questions she mentioned. but the prob is I have not found out the answers. thats terrible.

sufficient funds to backup and sustain the business is very important, the ongoing business will allow time to recruit and train staff along the way.
