That's actually my 60v 10X scooter. I recognize it from the scratches on the front right fork and T bar on the handlebars. They had possession of it on the day of this video. I had sent it back to them under warrantee. Had some controller issues they needed to diagnose. They asked me if I wanted to replace the tires with some fatter ones. I agreed since my tires were bold. I had a flat in the rear so that's why I put slime in it. I'm happy they replaced the rear tube and didn't reuse it. I got it shipped back to me just a few days ago and the fat street tires are great. They have much better cornering grip. I definitely recommend them over the stock ones. Somehow I got it back with missing rear fender though. I wonder what happened to it since he didn't take it off. They're shipping me a new one.

Should I carry this kit at all times while riding? How easy it is to perform out on the road? If I remember right with the Inokim OX you don't have to take the wheel out to replace the tube...
You are right, with the Inokim OX you do not have to take the wheel off you just need to lay the scooter on its side and use a tire iron to get the job done. Just be sure and check your tire for the cause of the puncture. As for the kit it wouldn't hurt to bring a couple tire irons and a new tube along for the ride, it all depends how comfortable you are with changing the tube on the go. Here is a good video showing how to change the tube on the Inokim OX (ruclips.net/video/yzh75Cx2Rpo/видео.html). He was very informative for that brand scooter. Thank you for the comment!

Those punctures, looked to be right on the inside seam where the two wheel halves join. On a bicycle wheel, there'd be a tape ring protecting the tube from wearing on the spokes. Is this a flaw in the design? I don't recall the last time I had a flat with my bicycle tires, yet after about 100 km on a scooter, I'm watching this video.
Hey John, these punctures were on the outside orientation, and there was debris that had punctured the tire and tube in this case. We do not see tubes needing repair because of the inside seam with proper installation, and do not believe this to be an issue in this design.

I have a new vsett 9+ and the rear tire has a slight wobble which makes the scooter vibrate at faster speed and is felt the most on smooth surfaces. torque rating for the Control arms that go into the scooter's base?
dear rev rides. i wanna ask what size of tubes are you using of those zero and vsett scooters? cuz i see that the tires are 10"x3" and everyone is selling smaller tubes like 10"x2" or 10"x2,5". cant you plz help me? i wanna buy one of those scooter but the smaller inner tube problem is a deal breaker for me. :(
We use the smaller tubes as they fit better and are less likely to be pinched. Hope to see you on a scooter soon!
@@RevRides360 ahhh ok!! thank you very much for clearing that up! it was bothering me for a long time! i already got a scooter for about 3 years now and i am looking to upgrade to a better one. :) best of wishes!
Thanks for a great video.
Quick question : my rear brakes are touching the disk now. Hmm what did i miss?
You will need to adjust your caliper/pads.
REV Rides same it makes a super fast clicking sound when I break. I’ll loock up how to do that
The washers must go on the inside of the forks. Except for lock tab washer, which ensures pad and caliper are in basically correct position.
are there bearings under the front arm connection?
at the joint where the movement is allowed?
are there bearings behind the nut?

Can you let us know what those repair lift tables are called so we can purchase one? Maybe share a link in the response. Thanks and great information videos.
Look on Amazon for scissor lift motorcycle stand.
Can you make a video about installing 10X3 tires for dualtron eagle?
Hello, we do not carry this model, and will most likely not be making a video. Have a great day!
Wish they bring back Maxxis or Kenda off-road tyres that be bad ass looking rigged setup on escooters 🙏🌎👌💪
I have furo fuze which is pretty much a overpriced copy of kugo m4. I’m having hard time finding solid tyres 10x3 from trusted seller , I currently have standard HOTA tyres but I had 4 punctures in 2 months . My question is will 10x2.5 solid tyre or honeycomb tyre still fit???
Where can I get the rear axel the one the holds the rear forks I have looked I can’t find it can you help
Thanks for the comment - please email service@revrides.com for more assistance with finding this part.
Rear Wheel: Is it the outside washers that have the "tongue" or "tab" on them? ..and they go forward?
Yes, those washers are on the outside of the swingarm, with tabs facing in and towards the deck of the scooter.
Do the tires fit on varla eagle one
We can not confirm for other models. If the numbers match then yes.
Useful video, what psi would you recommend in those tyres?
We recommend 45-50 PSI in all of our 10" tires.
Thank you, very helpful...
Those swing arms is heavy duty aren't they but heavy I think making it 70lbs over the apollo ghost. Do rev make lighter swing arms to down the weight?
We do not have lighter swingarms. We wouldn't recommend lighter as the swingarms might not be able to handle rugged conditions as well.
Tire wobble after. Any tips?
Same here
Do you know if the D6+ can handle front and rear 10x3 or only 10x2.5 front and 10x3 rear
how strong you tighten wheels with a torque wrench? Thanks.. awesome video!!
We tighten the axle nuts to 70 pounds on the torque wrench.
@@RevRides360 thank you very much.. do you know howmuch is that in kg,s?
Do you know if these would fit a Kugoo G2 Pro?
I have had the pleasure of changing the inner tubes on 2 of these scooters, but for some reason they both punctured again only 2 days or so later, I filled them up to the specified pressure, is there something I might have done wrong?
Most likely there is debris that has punctured the tire, but it still inside of the tire. Take note of the tube position before removal, and use the tube puncture as a guide to locate where the debris may be located in the tire wall.
@@RevRides360 ill keep this in mind, thank you for the help
My “split ring” is impossible to get out, am I doing something wrong? Literally pulling it with all my strength

What should i do if i cant properly align the valve through the motor? When it goes through it leaves a bulge in the tube. My model is 60v.
Hello, is it possible you do not have the correct tube? The valve stem must be angled, not straight, or else you will have issues with the valve stem routing.
@@RevRides360 thanks for reply. The valve is on the correct angle. My front tire & tube fitted without problems . On this rear no matter how i fit it always bulges near the valve.
Could it be this particular tire or tube causing the problem? 3.0 wide road tire
Thanks for the informative videos. Do you think you'll be making any for the Zero 11X in the near future?
I've been interested in purchasing the tire pump you used. How's it holding up, and would you recommend it? Thanks again, and keep the great content coming.
We highly recommend the pump!
@@RevRides360 Thanks for the video!
May I ask name of the pump?
Thanks again, really helpful!
