Good to hear yet another high level BJJ guy recommend the Turkish getup right off the bat when asked about the best kettlebell exercises for Jiu Jitsu. It blows my mind when guys on social media who claim to be BJJ strength coaches dismiss the move when high level grapplers continue to sing the move’s praises.
BJJ black belt here and I totally agree. For me, I feel like sport style KB works the best. The focus on efficiency, strength endurance, and breathing translates very well. Plus, TGUs and half/quarter get ups are just so good for wrestling up from the bottom.
Mark, when you stand next to others, your arms are enormous. Even compared to your older vids, they’re lookin jacked. Know u don’t train for looks, but it’s still rad.
@@MarkWildmantake a 7 ft tall mace stand on something tall and do 360s I don't care if you're 5 foot 7 it is an awesome idea and it feels awesome too!
i would really like some video talking about plyos or balistics for strikers. i have 10 amateur fights and it seems to me that just doing kb,clubs on the long run would make me loose speed or explosivenes. im just thinking about it im no coach or profesional atlhete edit: its crazy that this video just has 10k views love the content
Great content , we also practice Indian clubs , mudgar , Gada , Persian meels and many more and we do want our new generation to know about our tradition and hold it together in fitness training . Tell me how many equipments you know about💪🏼

Is Mark training for something and the arm size is a bonus?
I’m chasing a 100 lb shield cast
God damn man. That’s brutal. Ha ha
I think it should take 14 months.
Thanks for showing the inside of the KB. I didn't realize it had different weights inside. OHH Santa!
Any updates on when the single hand club program will release?
2 to 3 weeks. It’s all shot. It’s in edit now.

Take a 7 ft lace instead on something tall and do 360s I don't care for 5 ft 7 it is an awesome idea
Interesting video but I disagree, the TGU is far from being the best exercice for BJJ
Ok
He didn’t say it was the best. He said it was a “phenomenal movement” along with a pulling exercise.
