Put layup down to 80 - 85 and standing dunk to 70 and if u have more atributtes put dreb or oreb to 80 and u dont need perm defense that high if your 6"7 or taller and if u can put 87 driving dunk u will get contact dunks and silver poster but it is a sf so its good anyway (do this if all of this is possible)

What box out assist strength do you play on gang ?
