That mission got right under my skin... damn Rockstar knows how to make a game! Just small details like the song increasing its volume as you kill them just pumps you up... By the end of that mission I don't know what was higher, my adrenaline or my poor notebook temperature...

I love this theme so much. It is literally the Van Der Linde gang is full force. Dutch never fully appreciated the kind of Loyalty he threw away. But god he earned it. Watching him march at the front, Holding his revolver at his side. Untouchable.
"Ladies and gentleman this is a robbery." - Dutch van der Linde "Sons of Dutch, that makes us brothers...sometimes brothers make mistakes." - Micah Belle
It must be CIPHER... the same people who destroyed our Mother Base nine years ago. We have to start again ... create a new Mother Base. Raise an army to fight CIPHER. They spat on us ... but we can become more than mutts. We can become ... Diamond Dogs.
The matching of the thumping drums with the thuddings hoofs of the horses was the perfect introduction to this mission. In addition to the barely contained excitation and agitation of Dutch's and John's line delivery, made this one of the most memorable moments of gaming or western history. A moment worthy of anything by Leone or Peckinpah.
Thank you so much for uploading this i’ve been looking for this for over two years!! I love the drums at the beginning, I also had no idea this was a violin track I’ve also been looking for as well so great!!!! Thank you
When I first played the mission, It gave me goosebumps and made me mad for kidnapping little Jack. Pumped up to kill everyone inside the Braithwaite's plantation and watching the plantation burn to ground while Catherine weeps.
When I first heard this music come on for the first time, it felt so badass Also, there’s a moment between 1:57 and 2:01 where as the music transitions, it blends together and it sounded really cool. Hard to notice at first but I liked it

1:58-2:57 should have been composed as its own track. This game has some very memorable music (lookin' atchu "don't seek absolution") but that segment is fucking nasty and deserves to stand on its own. In my humble opinion, the guitar riffs from both lead and bass guitar singularly prop up the rest of this otherwise forgettable arrangement. Somebody's love letter to a love letter, to a love letter of a spaghetti western song. Too many imitations and not enough originals and you hide something original in the mire of copies. Stupid move.
Why does no one ever talk about the amazing part of the track durring the ride to the mannor? It sounds like the drums of war
Yeah. The emotional impact they had the first time playin through this was really good for me.
Had goosebumps all over the place when those iconic violine sounds, that you heard in the 3rd trailer, started alongside with the drums.
Spinellious same as well as american reprise
Also the drums while they were riding to the Cornwall oil fields
Maybe they are the drums of war. They were riding to a battle with another family. They Weren’t messing around.
Perfectly fits the seriousness of “they took a kid, we take their life”
Guess I’ll be the first to reply in 2 years

Dutch: "John, i need you to stay calm.."
Also Dutch 2 minutes later "So anyway i start shooting"
He gave them a choice, to give Jack back or face the consequences. The Braithwaites didn’t listen

That bell in the beginning bruh. It’s like the gang is the army of satan that’s gonna wreak havoc on the braithewaites for their sins.

Is this an edit of the original or the actual original because if it’s an edit you did an amazing job
Yeah the original song is much different he had changed the bass or something
This is better IMO
This version is way better! I was searching this theme since I started playing online 1 month ago.
I NEED a version of this that's just the drums on loop.
You know shit got real when Hosea starts riding with the gang with no bottle in hand
I guess that's the end of that goddamned Cribbage game.
