On this week's DOZ, we'll be talking about a very little discussed nutrient. It has the potential to reduce your fat, to improve your energy, to improve your workout recovery, to protect your liver, and even to lower your blood pressure.
Carnitine is a conditionally essential nutrient, especially for premature babies, elderly and people with diabetes. What does that mean to be "conditionally essential"? It means under certain situations or conditions, your body cannot produce enough of it. Thus, you have to eat more of it or supplement with more of it.
Join me LIVE on Tuesday night as I discuss the numerous benefits of carnitine and the best ways to make sure you are getting enough of it!

Ive taken carnitine since psychosis in 2020. I was a vegan for 5 years, then struggled with sleep and went into big psychosis. 😳 so I started reading about vitamins. I do supplement now several things.

Question could this amino acid improve creatinine levels in a hemodialysis patient since most of elevated creatinine is from muscle breakdown ..... Potentially decreasing the # of dialysis being received weekly (currently on 3/wk)

I think I was trying to lose weight or something. I'm thinking what in the world were you trying to lose anyhow?? Anyhow I saw a doctor speak on it yesterday and I said you know what I hadn't tried that in a year so when she got done saying what she had to say I went ahead and ordered some. So now I can't wait to hear what you're going to say because she was talking about something else that wasn't the topic she just mentioned it within the topic. So I can't wait to hear what you have to say

I've recently started carnivore so I shouldn't need to supplement but I was looking at supplements and all say they're vegan friendly. How is this possible? I thought carnitine was mostly something we got from meat?

Could be. After all, gravity is just a theory.😂
But wouldn't cats knock things over the edge?😸
We have been lied to about many things. I just ran across a channel called My Lunch Break. Interesting points and pretty short videos. (Haven't seen him mention the shape of the earth, but other stuff that makes you say hmmm🤔) Also, if you read the bible, seems that it's not a spinning ball. Didn't God stop the sun and not the earth?
As long as it works, it's all good.👍

    • @vikingskuld

@@debravictoria7452 hey I had a friend who kind of fell into the flat earth trap. So I spent hours and hours going over their many many many arguments and models. You do realize they have more models then nasa has stories. Well ok a bit exaggerated but none can make their mind up on what type of path the sun and moon travel. It's all bogus. Also you see the moon making the waxing waning creasing shapes. You don't get the clear defined shapes with flat disks. Also you can look through a telescope in space every planet and body you see is round. The verses in the Bible they tell you about are lies and half truths. The part that says something about God sitting at the circle of the earth is a ball. Not a flat circle. Even the verse 4 corners wasn't meant to denote a flat earth. Look them up in Hebrew it can explain it clearly. If the earth were flat you could climb up a mountain where the air is thin and with a big telescope look clear across the earth to Europe and China. You haven't ever once seen that. I been to South America and seen the different stars in the sky that you can't here in North America, I watched water drain down the sink the opposite direction then here in north america. I also watched many ships go out to see and they do disappear over the horizon. Flattards often ate very deceptive. I seen them move the telescope up the beach and up hill and say look see that ship isn't going over the horizon. So don't buy into it it's bad math and morons not understands physics science and math that think they do.
