Fourth official, Douglas (stick to the day job) Ross and the TV missed Tiffoney gesticulating to Akinyemi as he walked down the tunnel. Despite being right in front of them. Never seen such bad winners as Partick
Amazes me how low the standard of Scottish football is. I follow a mid to low table League 1 club in England and our fare is of a much higher level than this. I reckon its about National League level though the Ayr goalkeeper is about 2 steps lower.....absolute crap! 😅 Don't think Ross County will have any trouble in the Final Play Off.
The average wage in the Scottish Premier League is 140k per year (about 50k at the smaller clubs), while in League One in England the average wage is about 250k, so it shouldn't come as any big surprise. There's way more money in the English game than in Scotland.
This is the problem. The investment in the Scottish leagues is so low. For finishing first in league 1 you get 120K. It’s no wonder the players aren’t as good, they’re paid about 300-800 pounds a week. I know about 70% of national league teams will pay more than that. Our keeper is normally decent, we just had a poor game tbh
That was an incredibly unfair sending off. The guy kept his cool considering how heavily he was being held. The guy had his arm locked around his neck
Referee is a t!t for sending Akinyemi off. Screwed the game.
@@batwings80 Agree that it wasn’t a red but they were already 1 down on the night and 4 down on aggregate, would hardly have changed the game
@batwings80 screwed the game? The game was done after the first goal mate Ayr weren't getting back into it
He shouldn't have been sent off that was unfair
It was he punched him on the neck or face
Life's unfair

@@rickmac172oh yeah they are id they bet ross counry
@Rick Mac Aye
Bit of corruption in the sending off - the Partick Thistle player was at fault 100%
Corruption 😂 Akinyemi inteded to hit Muirhead with a punch, that’s a red. Violent conduct is a red.
Corruption no but a wrong decision. Not every call that goes against a team is corruption, mistakes happen
How did the ref not see Akinyemi being held first he was right there?!
Ross county beware. Thursday will be evil and expect a massive fight.
Fight being the appropriate word as Partick manhandled their way to the final and got away with it
Ref ruined the first game too. Good riddance Greg Aitken. DKB!
That send off was BS. The Partick player was all over him like a cheap suit.
Ref ruined the game
Ayr failing again. You love to see it. WFAANW.
I love to see it too 🔵⚪🔵⚪
ref ruined the game with that red card
How’s that a red card?
Ayr United were never going to get promoted in an old Tottenham Hotspur mid 80s kit 😂

Clearest red card I've ever seen, whatever you lot are smoking send it my way, I'd like to have some
For pushing his way out of the perfectly legitimate headlock. Clear who is doing the smoking. Ref then awarded Partick the foul.
Staggies got their woek cut out...
Aqui no Brasil essa expulsão, se chama roubo

Good for you

@@lewisyt5788 Thanks, interesting reply! Good to get a closer perspective of the current status.
