I give you a full hotel and room tour and show you everything you need to know about this resort. We also have dinner at the new Shipwreck restaurant for a full dining review. The theming of the room is adorable and the interactive activity to open the treasure was a nice touch! However, I couldn't help being distracted by wondering who is sanitizing all of those LEGOs and how often they are sanitized.

As a kid I used to beg my parents to take us to Legoland but I'm actually really glad they never said yes 😂😂😂. Not to say it wouldn't be fun for little kids but dang Disney is 100x better and fun for the whole family.

We've never visited legoland, but wow this hotel theming is awesome. My daughters want to stay in the pirate room and do the treasure hunt. The tv in the room is so funny with the pirates.

Legos was a favorite toy for my kids. I still remember my days in the Coast Guard when I had to go to my shift, Lots of times I was barefooted so I would not wake anybody up I would be going down the stairs and stepping on the darn Lego ouch. It really is just the coolest hotel! The themeing is off the charts amazing! My son, when he was younger was all about Lego. He would have been beside himself staying at that hotel. Great review.

Watching this video makes me so excited for next year. Legoland was supposed to open in New York on July 4 2020 but coronavirus happened and the opening was postponed until 2021. The accompanying legoland hotel will also open in 2021. I'm so excited!

Oh my Lord, that is a beautiful hotel I think I might take my grandson. For the last 15 to 20 years I have not stayed too much out of Disney World. Maybe it's time to Adventure out to other hotel.

Man, I remember that "Lego Race" ride back when it was called "Project X," and as a kid who didn't like coasters, I absolutely HATED it. Now, I would LOVE to get back on it. Legoland really did surprise me with that new hotel, they seriously outdid themselves... Now I kinda wish I had a younger sibling so I could go to the hotel and theme park again. Haha...!
I just booked a suite for the pirate hotel to go n a couple of months with the kids and in laws. We have twins 4 years old so I cant want wait to see their reaction when they see the room. Thanks for the tour and info.

So, first I’d like to say I love how this review is done and the way he expresses himself. It really makes the property come to life.
Now let me give you my opinion of his review of this property as I am here at this very moment. I have sympathy for businesses that are being hammered by this pandemic right now. They need business. The people who work at these businesses need the business.
But this review is overly hyped. I am enjoying being here with my son. But the accommodation are.... 2 stars. The theme make it 2.5 stars. But it’s fun. And that what matters.
Last night I slept cramped up with my son in the bunk bed like a sleep over. It was uncomfortable. But it was priceless because my son was loving every minute of it!
The kids that are here are having a blast. The parents are enjoying the experience with their kids. But the experience is really for them not the parents. Yes, you can get alcohol to add some life. But it’s not as... exciting at he portrays it.
The resort is fairly empty and honestly if it was a normal pre-pandemic crowd I would really not be happy. It’s perfect now.
The food is Mediocre. Dinner is better than breakfast. Breakfast in the Pirate Shipwreck Reasturant was inedible! A bunch of overcooked pre-cooked mess. My 2 year old refused to eat it. The best thing are the fresh berries.
But you have to keep reminding yourself it’s for the kids. My son is 2 so most rides are
Off limits for him. But he loved the stuff he could Do. And he loved just being in the atmosphere with other kids again.
So, should you go... yes... but with realistic honest expectations!
Like you said if you had the opportunity as a kid to have visited a hotel like this it would have been ausum. But who says as an adult you can't have a second childhood it's just a shame you can't have the full experience right now. The two of you enjoy your fun and show us the safe way to do it by example.

Going to Legoland in California was always exciting. Especially the hotel we got some sort of adventure theme I believe can’t quite remember?
You were acting just like my grandkids!! I got to go to Legoland last summer with my daughter’s family. It is a really great little park and the kids were amazed with everything in the park and hotel!!

Imagine a 12 hour car ride with your kids, arriving at your hotel and walking into that loud lobby. That's what we experienced. We did 2 nights at Lego Land before Disney and I am so glad we did! We unfortunately won't be going back until Corona is gone.

I am still waiting to see how everything will go with the reopening, but I will definitely leave a few days to stay there on our next trip!
