    Namaskar, khan bhai aapne ek question pucha tha ki nihari ko low heat paar kyu pakate hai, sir low heat paar pakane waise to bahut faide hai Lakin nihari ke mamle main 2-3 reason hai 1. Bottiya ek to intact rahti hai aur botti Ander taak reshe reshe taak gaal jati hai 2. Sabse baada faayda ek saath Saab kuch daalo thodi preparation kaaro aur 6-8 hour taak bhool jaao 3. Sabse baada faayda na booti choti karne ka ghanghat aur na hadiyo ko chotta karne ka chanchat

      bhai delhi main bina tomato koi nahi banata jawed ho kallu ya noora yeh sab dalte hai or yahi delhi kay famous nihari wale hain original nihari aaj kal koi nahi banata na hi uska zayka itna achcha hota usmain masale kam àur hakeem ki dawaon ki kushbu zyada hoti hai aur woh zayke kay liye kam taqat kay liye hoti hai inshaallah kabhi moqa laga zaroor banaunga
