- The 58th day in the trial of Young Thug and his YSL co-defendants day begins with testimony in Fulton County court.
The recent testimony has been from a woman discussing an alleged robbery and shooting at her apartment by the Atlanta rapper in 2013. Atlanta police Detective Anthony Kirkman had been on the stand discussing his investigation into the alleged shooting.

@@tyral246 Because the judge is committing judicial misconduct and will be reprimanded for it when the appeal is successful if necessary. Anyone can see he's on the state's side and is allowing inadmissible evidence, forged documents, etc. This will backfire on him though. Sorry to burst your bubble. I mean every single time he tried to use I dont remember or so long-ago Hylton was able to go back so many years back and say well didnt you say xyz about that day in 2011, 12, 13, 15. Where did you get that he had to give money to people in jail? That's not true and he even said it was not true. If he said that to the cops he was lying, saying what they wanted to hear to get out of being locked up. He didn't have any money for that and neither did the other kids from that neighborhood. Listen how stupid and unrealistic that sounds.
They had to have put this case together in a week and are just going day by to see what they can come up with because if they did investigate for 10 years, whoever led that investigation needs to get fired and investigated for misuse of public funds.

All they did by taking a plea is put off jail NOT avoid it. 15 yrs probation ain't no plea anything longer than 3 yrs is a set up and they all as far as I know are ,5- 15 years. Like the mf can go that long without violating.

Dk been talking and telling ever since he was a child so he himself knew way back than that he wasn't one for the streets also don't know how to be a friend or a son why would you put your mother and siblings in harm ways when you knew you weren't about that life. Lots of times when people have hard time learning they just go to the streets feeling they do better on streets this cat was bum and a real-life loser. He barely knows how to talk now and all that I don't remember or sounds like movie but telling it all and even giving the smallest details tells you your only good at snitching. To say anything please got the nerve to say old boy dad have him harm if that was tiny bit true why was he so quick to sign that plea deal and be right back out with dad whole world he looks alive to me, just talking, gross, real POS, little boy you would also tell on your kids to get out of something you wouldn't cut arm or step in front of bullet only person you care about is yourself.

How much it costs is irrelevant. Young men's lives is what is relevant. They have not proven YSL was a big time organization and can't prove it cause it wasn't. Your comment is very inconsiderate of the defendants and shows how people believe what they want to believe cause of their bias.

I agree. All the haters don't know real love for their fellow human beings. How can you use these things these young men did when they were kids? Kids usually adopt whatever is popular at the time and that's what they did with YSL. It was cool to say I'm YSL back then. Those who committed petty crimes were held accountable by the court back then. Thug didn't even know some who claimed YSL. I loathe the state and that judge. May God prevail.

5:16:26 they got 9-15 put in. Then she shows him 20-22. Then publishes 14, 15 and shows 16, and when 16 is published it shows the rest of the pics she didnt get put in. And she says "excuse me im sorry" and he says thats the blurry one. Then she does it again...showing 14 and 15. As he looks at them in his hand then she shows 16 again and he says he dont have it as she publishes it again showing several pics she didnt get entered. And not one of the def objected or filed a motion or anything. I hope they catch that as they watch this back over the weekend. Bc thats foul af. The state keeps getting away with stuff. U can hear them cough/sneeze back and forth w each other. I wish i cld email their attys and show them the mistake before they cross examine more monday.
5:31:08 is where she starts showing 14 and 15 again and then 16 and says alright real fast halfway thru it showing 16-22 to the jury again, and he says that 16 isn't even up there, bc he was looking at the physical copies left at the table. If they don't get a mistrial bc she published exhibits not entered. She has NO excuse for that. These defense attys deserve remedy for her negligent actions for their clients. This is horrible. A legal assistant would know better than to publish an exhibit that the judge hadn't ruled as entered. Hell a civillian knows that!! And this judge better not look the other way on this one.
She even says excuse me im sorry after she shows it the first time. You can hear someone cough as she's ready to show 16, you can hear her voice change like she turns her head to make sure it's OK to show it now. Then when she does it the second time he's looking at the hard copies and someone coughs and she plays 16 and he looks up and tells her he don't have 16 and pics were still showing and she Said "alright" to hurry it up. She knew it wasn't admitted!! Omg please someone look at this and tell me im hearing/watching this right. She published 16cc as 7 pics that she didn't get admitted. She needs reprimanded if she did that. Someone tell the defense!!
