The average growth rate is 1/4-1/2 inch per month so you really retained your hair since using this ( and it looks like it grew a bit faster). I just bought the shampoo because with the Ulta sale 2 for $32 I wanted to try to frizz dismiss line but they were out of the shampoo. So I decided to try this one and I love it. My hair feels so soft and strong. And I said to my sister I feel like my hair grew faster the past month 😩, lol
