The comics in your channel are all really good, but the ones here were wonderful! That aside, seriously, with the way things are going in the franchise, all this Sonamy comics not only are super wholesome and adorable, but something I actually see working in character if SEGA went for it. Also, is that a bit of romantic Shadaria I see there? I don't ship it romantically, but it was super good! See, that kind of thing between them is the reason that, while I personally prefer it platonic, I can't really hate the prospect of romantic Shadaria, even with it's more questionable elements, I can see and respect why there's people who ship it romantically. Being selective and saying stuff like "I ship it but only with Maria as an anthropomorphic animal, if human, they're siblings", that's being in denial, cuz it's admitting that the ship is good in a romantic way, too, but also denying the reality of it. Yes, I understand it's very uncomfortable to ship anthro x human, but that's what those two characters are, and the cherry picking just ends up being hypocritical. It's totally valid to feel uncomfortable at anthro x human, tho! But I think people who ship romantic Shadaria should be more honest with themselves, they could perfectly say stuff like "I ship Shadaria, but with Maria as an anthropomorphic animal cuz I don't like furry x human" instead of "Shadaria is super platonic! Unless they're the same species, then it's suddenly romantic".
TBH you make a valid point about the Shadria ship. She does tell Shadow in the comic in this dub that he was probably giving Sonic and Amy the wrong idea about what kind of relationship they have though 😂 It's super great to know you enjoy our videos!
