Honey wake up. Levi is dropping some more tropical knowledge on us.
This comment is so tired
Stay active. We need our tidbits!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thank you Dr. Cowan!
From Corpus Christi, thanks for the update!!!
Yep thought we were gonna get a head on hit but it's turned up quite a bit. Much better being on the south side of it!
Thank you, Dr. for your time and consideration… be well ✌️
Levi for the win!!
Great information. No report has yet to explain this with full description. The dry air mixing is exceptionally professional!
Thanks for the report Dr Cowan!
Thanks for the awesome coverage of this storm🙏
In the Cypress area and we just got our first band roll through the past hour.
My daughter sent me a video it's pouring rain in Spring. Corpus sunny and hot!!!.
@@Kat-lq8sp The models have the eye going right over Prairie View which is about 20 miles west of me. Hopefully it's weakened a decent bit by the time it gets there.
College Station, TX here… pulled in my plants today & gave the birds an extra helping of seed & nectar today! Keep the hummingbird feeders heavy so they won’t swing around!
Thank you for taking time out from your holiday to post these daily updates for us. Looks like you’ll have a break, as the models show the Atlantic basin to be pretty quiet for next 10 days.
Thank you, Doc. Levi
Thank you so much.
You are the absolute best Levi!! #GoNoles
I grew up in East Texas. Always had strong hurricanes. I’m 75. There’s just more people. We lost part of our roof in a cat 1.
80 miles an hour. The eye hit our neighborhood. Lost power for a week. Nasty stuff.
Awesome video. 😊👍
Thank You always!
Vacationing in Galveston and super grateful for your tidbits right about now! 🙏
Thank you Levi for your hard work 😊
Prayers for Texas!
Take Care Naty and Family! ❤
Thanks for the satellite view i understand it much better
beautiful update as always Levi
Glad it is going to miss me in Corpus, but I`ve got friends and family all up and down East Texas!
Corpus here as well, we're staying here but my aunt and uncle live in Port O'Connor and they already evacuated. Stay safe!
@@mdog86 I just got back from Rockport. You can really see it brewing to the NE. Prayers
@@joshmoore6165 Calm before the storm! Luckily we'll be on the south side of it so it won't be quite as bad at least.
@@joshmoore6165 Well that really skipped right past us here hah, was fully expecting a major amount of rain but nope 🤷
@@mdog86 I'm in Portland. It rained like a MF at 4:30, and lasted 20 or 30 minutes. Then the sun came out, it was all over. Disappointed really...
Thanks for the upload!
Ian went from 120 to 155 just offshore from Florida….NWS expects rapid intensification…. But this has the dry air like you mentioned…. Bet money all the “Aesthetic” weather RUclipsrs will say it’s gonna be cat 3 or higher….
Thanks, Levi! I learn so much from your vids…and this is a very good thing!!!😂❤
Is it bad that I don't take things seriously until Levi and the NHC post? Lol
Sugar Land resident here, total thanks for the video!
Thank you!
It’s been a nice long journey either way everyone and Dr. Cowan. Awesomeness! Thank you.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perished but have an everlasting life. God loves you **😊
My man! Ty
Thank you for the very informative content and fantastic visuals. Much appreciated. New subscriber!
I hope you got my upvote. Sometimes they take but so many don't.
Thanks Levi. Lets hope Beryl doesn't get her act together much more before landfall again. Looks like she's heading up my way in near St. Louis eventually. It's always bizarre when that happens. You can tell the difference. The air smells of ocean even this far inland, I swear.
Thank you for the updates.
Love the tidbits!
Thanks Levi! You are the only one I care to watch.
Thanks Levi for the exceptional coverage you give us! You're terrific!
Thanks for all the videos this past week on Beryl
Thanks Sir for the Update 👍👍🇺🇸
Thank you
Best weather forecaster without the hype and drama. Looking at you Jim Cantorie.
Thank you, Levi!
I live in the woodlands just north of houston and the city officials have been eerily quiet. At 10am we just got a tropical storm warning gusts of up to 85mph possible. I work overnight and I'm playing it safe staying home. I went through Harvey had water up to my waste in my home I'm not testing fate again.
Harvey was a very very very unique tropical storm where high pressure systems did not allow for it to move north, east, or even west for 3 days. Extremely rare event.
Praying for Texas
We will be just fine
"Judge" Hidalgo is too busy laundering and embezzling money.
thank you
Thanks for the coverage. Pretty weak for it previously rapidly strengthening to a category 5, then weakening, a week ago.
here hurricane, here hurricane, here boy, we need to refill the lakes in central texas, remember them days when I was a kid and I told you, as the rain, to come back another day....well today is that day....come on, be a good boy, come to central texas
6 hours later, recon finding 986mb, still don't see red bars in all quadrants tho. Still has time. hope that dry air keeps up 😬
Hi, great videos. Where do you source the flight data from?
The National Hurricane Center publishes the data sent from the aircraft
Where are you? We need tidbits!
What's spinning off the coast of the Carolinas?
hope Beryl doesn’t pull an Ian @ last minute
where is landfall projected?
Dry air f.cked this storm thats for sure, yesterday it looked more promising in terms of organization
There was a point yesterday where a large blob of deep moisture formed but it well offset from the center by shear. Lots were jumping on the rapid intensification Cat 3 bandwagon but the large scale environment showed it was a weak storm struggling to get its act together after the land crossing that resulted in a northern model shift. Even now, 24 hours later it’s still not symmetrical and hasn’t closed off an eyeball. So it appears that there is not enough time to reach Cat 2. Pretty soon land interaction is going to cut off its warm water fuel source. It only needs 10 mph more winds for Cat 1 so landfall at level is the most likely outcome.
Tornado threat?
There is indeed a slight risk for tornadoes in the rain bands on Beryl's eastern side according to the Storm Prediction Center
but but ... not everyone twitters... lol
It's just the platform I post more detailed comments on - I unfortunately can't post everything everywhere
@@Tropical-Tidbits yes sir thank you for all you do!
Im in Corpus christi still nothing
Weather seems to get worse throughout the years
Just a little magnetospheric weakening. Wasn’t some coincidence that this storm intensified as soon as the last solar storm hit. Also wasn’t a coincidence 2 volcanoes in Italy erupted. Earthquakes have been limited to around 6.2 and under. These aren’t even large solar storms at this point. Must be dense in particles, or just too fast for our magnetosphere to handle in its current weakened state.
We’ve been in a pole shift for about 150 years. It’s been speeding up over the last couple decades. That is a direct correlation to the magnetosphere.
Reversing the logos 🏳️🌈🤌
Keep this energy. dont start getting dramatic like ryan hall did.
You've ruined local meteorologists for me, they all sound like bozos compared to your videos. Thank you!
Thank you!
Thanks Levi! You are the only one I care to watch.
